The @cityofhamilton has revoked the encampment protocol
This decision is an attack on people who are struggling to survive without adequate shelter, food, medical care, bathrooms, potable water and w/out protection from the elements and threats of violence.
Starting today, the City of Hamilton will be returning to pre-protocol enforcement of City by-laws that prohibit camping on City property, including park areas.
