Dan Patrick just banned Delta-8 in Texas, felony style. Big win for pharma, big win for alcohol, big win for cartels, big win for private prisons. The only losers are chronic pain patients, PTSD vets, and the whole "personal responsibility" thing Republicans claim to believe in.
