Texans, don’t forget who actually fought the Biden-Harris machine — and won.
Ken Paxton didn’t wait. He sued on Day 3 of the Biden term and never stopped. Texas filed 100+ lawsuits against that administration — more than any other state — and won the large majority of them. That’s not press-release talk. That’s the record.
What those wins stopped or reversed:
• Nationwide block of Biden’s 100-day deportation freeze (first lawsuit, first win)
• “Parole in place” that would have given amnesty-style status to more than a million illegal aliens
• Attempts to redirect or auction off border-wall money and to tear down Texas barrier fencing and Rio Grande buoys
• Title IX rewrite that would have forced Texas schools to treat boys as girls in sports, bathrooms, and locker rooms
• Federal rule that tried to block Texas from investigating illegal abortions and “gender transitions” on minors
• HHS rule that tried to force Title X clinics to give contraceptives to minors with no parental consent
• Student-loan “forgiveness” that Congress never passed
• Energy, ESG, and overtime rules aimed at Texas oil, gas, and employers
CNN even called Texas a “legal graveyard for Biden policies.” That’s the point.
And the Texas-side ledger is just as real:
• $1.4 billion settlement with Meta over biometric data (largest single-state privacy settlement of its kind)
• $1.375 billion from Google
• More than $3 billion in opioid recoveries, including Purdue and the Sackler family
• Medicaid Fraud Control Unit: $1 billion+ recovered since 2020; 120+ arrests and $125 million in one recent year alone
• $10 million from Texas Children’s Hospital over illegal transitions of minors — and the first dedicated detransition clinic in the country
• Record child-support collections, voter-ID defense, and consumer cases (pesticides on “organic” produce, fluoride, solar-panel scams, veteran fraud)
Paxton used the AG’s office the way a lot of Texans wanted it used: sue first, protect the border, protect girls’ sports, protect parents, protect energy jobs, and make Big Tech and Big Pharma write checks back to Texas.
That’s why he belongs in the U.S. Senate. The same fight just moves to Washington.

LEAKER FIRED: Pete Hegseth removes senior Pentagon strategist Lt. Gen. Brett Sylvia amid an investigation into alleged leaks of classified information about the Iran war, Russia's war in Ukraine and other sensitive matters.
A Department of War official told Fox News that Sylvia failed three polygraph examinations tied to the alleged disclosures and that the investigation has been referred to the Justice Department. Sylvia is also accused of meeting journalists outside the Pentagon to pass along classified material.
