Wondering where your validation is? It's not in how well you perform for Jesus. In fact, if it's in "obedience" or "what you do", validation is never truly possible. Ever. The parking pass of life is only ever validated by Jesus and Who He Is and What He Has Done For Us. FOR YOU. #JesusHasYou

The same Word and the same breath that made all you see... has made you His. Has you. Is FOR YOU. Loves you. All. Day. Long. #JesusHasYou

It's all free. Grace has no strings. Ever. So our destiny isn't determined by what words we used the first time we confess faith in Jesus. It's not determined by our actions. Our actions and speech can't tell us where we end up. It's all determined by what Jesus has done FOR US. FOR YOU. And we rest in THAT. All. Day. Long. #JesusHasYou

Have you prayed for The Table Church today?

It's Tuesday and that means Taco Tuesday at Gigi's. It also means Jesus & Tacos at Gigi's in San Benito. We always have a great conversation about Jesus, the Bible, and life. See you at 11:30am at Gigi's!

“God has given me another offspring.” That’s the same “offspring” word used in the Promise of Genesis 3:15. God has gifted another offspring, another seed. Eve is quoting the promise in naming her new son. She’s doubling down on the Promise. She’s holding God to his word. In the wake of a double tragedy, one son a murderer, the other son dead, Eve does not give up on the Promise. Because God had not let go of Eve. Eve had forgiveness. Eve had a promise. That's Jesus FOR YOU. All. Day. Long. #JesusHasYou

Eve. Gullible to a fault. The woman who ruined everything. At least, that’s the rap. But Eve’s last words in the Bible aren’t regret. They’re a confession of faith. Spoken over a grave. One son was a killer. One son was in the ground. Every hope she had was gone. And Eve doubled down on the promise given to her in the garden. She couldn’t fix it. Couldn’t undo it. Couldn’t bring anyone back. Neither can we. Death doesn't cancel The Promise. Or Jesus. Not for Eve. Not for you. Every. Single. Time. See you tomorrow at The Table Church, San Benito, 10:30am. Jesus will be there. He promised. #JesusPlusNothingEqualsEverything

Bad Rap Rehab: Notorious Women and the Promise They Carried! A new five-week series starts tomorrow here at The Table Church, San Benito. Five women. Five bad reputations. Most of them handed down by people who read the story too fast. Look closer, and you won’t find heroines. You’ll find women who couldn’t fix their sin, couldn’t change their story, and couldn’t save themselves. Just like us. But woven through every one of their stories is a promise God refused to break. Not because they earned it. Because he keeps it. Every. Single. Time. Come hear the rest of their story. It’s yours too. 10:30am, tomorrow, right here at The Table. Jesus will be here. He promised! #JesusPlusNothingEqualsEverything #JesusHasYou

Few verses taken out of context are more damaging. This verse was never about how much we can handle. In fact, that's the myth within the myth... that we're supposed to handle life. We not only convince ourselves that life is to be handled, we have verses to back it up. We were never meant to be the handlers. Not our sin. Not our suffering. Not life. Not our salvation. Jesus carried it all. And he gives himself to you. Freely. Fully. Every. Single. Week. See you at 10:30am here at The Table Church. #JesusPlusNothingEqualsEverything
