So recently I’ve lost a lot of weight, which was a huge milestone for me. Unfortunately I also lost a lot of my strength. That being said, what would be my best approach for growing muscle mass and getting my strength back from where I’m sitting now.

So pre Pokemon 30th anniversary dropped the pokemon markets were down and pre release was inflated. Now cards are up and 30th is down. Did you accumulate or fomo into prerelease sales?
