Really enjoyed delivering #management #training in #Edinburgh again for @TalkActionOrg to some great participants from orgs including #nhsglasgow @HeyGirlsUK. One learning to incorporate next time is how to address the challenge of managing shift workers who rarely meet in person

Good #socialmedia content starts with a great strategy. Working on creating our strategies at our @TalkActionOrg training in #Edinburgh @TheMeltingPotEd. Should include, who is your audience, what content you want to post and most importantly what are you trying to achieve?

Always great at the end of a day of #training to see the questions and concerns move to the column for things the group are comfortable with @TalkActionOrg

We are gearing up for the next Volunteer Management Training course for @TalkActionOrg in London this month. Currently researching recent updates in - and impacts to - the world of volunteering for @HelenGarforth to share.
We're proud to be supporting #SmallCharityWeek & the volunteers that keep the wheels in motion. One of our experts @justideasco leading our #volunteermanagement training says: "I'm passionate about supporting people to find power and voice so they can create change."

Luscious day in London town courtesy of @TalkActionOrg. Had an excellent time brushing up on my #media skills and took a lovely walk around Islington in the sunshine afterwards. Inspired to do more #storytelling to promote positive change #TalkAction – at Avonwick, England
