ALT A closeup photo of the left side of Olivia Brouwer’s “Out of Body”. A multimedia artwork inspired by an inkblot test. Pieces of scale-shaped frosted Dura-lar are adhered to the panel and stick outward from the canvas using a dark coloured oil paint. This creates a three-dimensional layered texture and a flapping noise when running your hand across the scales. A thin rectangular section of the piece is highlighted in pink, indicating that you can click on it on the website.

ALT A closeup of Olivia Brouwer’s work “Soft Spoken”. On the right is a canvas with hand painted black Braille. On the left are black squares stuck to the wall beside each line of text, with copper wire extending out from them. These play sound corresponding with the line of Braille text. One of the squares is highlighted in pink, indicating that you can click on it on the website.
