Rossing National Marathon was a banger , running 21.1KM became boring so went for a full marathon tough it was but will definitely do it again. Bigs up to Rossing Uranium Ltd you guys continues to raise the bar every year.
Running is bittersweet but at the end of the race is always awesome. Navachab Half Marathon was awesome.
Managing employees in this century is crazy business, sometimes you just correcting poor performance but end up being called toxic for condemning such laziness, managing people is a faint hearted exercise.
