Yeah, I was correct. Code builds products, but marketing and sales build companies.
Shocked the other speakers pushed back on @Harri_obi's take that selling is the most important skill any founder needs.
For me it's a non-negotiable. Selling is a high-leverage activity, and every founder's first job is learning how leverage works.
