Check your Walmart cart and email inbox if your Zelda 40th Anniversary Switch 2 got canceled! Cart: howl.me/link/?url=https%3A%2… Walmart apparently (I can't see this firsthand) is letting you reorder within the next 48 hours, AND possibly giving you a voucher to effectively make the thing free.

Zelda 40th Anniversary/Ocarina of Time Links Roundup. 40th anniversary stuff launches tomorrow, OOT stuff a week later. I'm not sure what tomorrow looks like (I'm seeing a lot of people say their Walmart console order got canceled — did yours?), but I've got eyes on all this stuff and more, for launch and into/beyond the holidays. iPhone Duo pickup/delivery is pushed back to the end of January on Apple's site but some configurations at Best Buy show December and even early November. bestbuycreators.7tiv.net/R0j… #ad Obviously these are carrier-locked and not an ideal setup for everyone but maybe your configuration will match up here. BB also offers trade-in deals.

There's been a little confusion surrounding this Best Buy/Zelda 40th Anniversary + Ocarina of Time event... bestbuycreators.7tiv.net/k4X… #ad ...mostly because the game's release date and the event are on 11/5, and the reason most people want to go (the console, the pro controller) release a week earlier (10/29). Just to clear it up: - If you've got a BB pre-order for the console/controller, you can pick it up on launch day (10/29) and do not have to wait for this event. This event does not affect your pre-order at all. - If you've preordered the game, you can pick it up at this event. - By "midnight ET," they mean the morning of 11/5, the game's release day. Just replace "11/5 at midnight ET" with "11/5 at 12:01 a.m. ET" in your head to clear that up. - Also note that the announcement says "midnight ET" despite it being a nationwide event. If you live in central time, this event likely starts at 11 p.m. on 11/4. Pacific time likely is 9 p.m. on 11/4 and so on. Check with your local store to be safe since it's always possible they will do midnight local time at some stores. - If you *don't* have a pre-order for the console or controller, stores will have some stock at these events. Probably not much. - There should still be online restocks near the release date of the console/controller, even at Best Buy. This event shouldn't greatly affect that. - Basically, if you're going to this event in hopes of trying to get a console or controller, consider it your backup plan, because there should be online restocks between now and when that event happens.

I can finally cart that ASUS ROG NUC 5090 over at Best Buy drops. Up til now it wouldn't work at all. Ok, message received -- a lot of people are very much into this Lisa PS5 Dualsense controller. If you want one, I will help you get one. I'll have an early link on 10/2 and will ping as soon as it's live. I'll also look into the other merch too (some of it launching 10/2 on PS Direct, more of it 10/23 on Amazon). And I can't wait to ask my stepdaughter what all this is about when she gets home from school

On this week's episode of things I did not expect to take off but apparently are: Google's screenless Fitbit Air (iOS/Android compatible). Amazon: link.amazon/B0gknILB1 Best Buy: bestbuycreators.7tiv.net/VOD… Walmart: howl.link/q04ezq1pn5qc5 Target: howl.link/59d0tdszg8x5d Still mostly in stock (some models OOS at Amazon, no Curry edition at Walmart, and Best Buy has a queue), but it seems like we're at the first stage of a popularity spike, so FYI if you keep an eye on those sorts of things. Less creepy than that AI flosser at least. #ad
