I believe professional development should never be boring. 🥱 It should challenge you, inspire you, and remind you why you started this work in the first place. Whether you’re looking to strengthen school culture, empower your team, or reignite your passion—I’m here to help. 👋🏼 Check out this short video to see the 💙 behind the work I do with schools and districts across the country. Then let’s talk about how I can support your team this year. Reply to this and I’ll send you a DM with a link with more info! 😃 Let’s build something great—together. #EducationMatters #SchoolCulture #ProfessionalDevelopment #ToddNesloney

Observations shouldn’t feel like a test—they should feel like learning together. In this episode of TEPSA Talk, Lauren Kaufman shares how timely feedback, trust, and a willingness to grow can help great teaching get even better. What does observation feel like at your school?

What if changing your life doesn't start with doing more, but with noticing more? I've been learning that even on the hardest days, there's still something worth celebrating. Sometimes it's a big win. Sometimes it's a person who made you smile. And sometimes it's simply being able to say, "I didn't give up today." The little things matter. And when we intentionally start looking for them, they can change everything. Small changes, practiced consistently, can create extraordinary results. I shared something personal in my newest blog about a simple daily habit that's been changing the way I see my life. I hope it encourages you too. Read it here: toddnesloney.com/2026/10/20/…

One of my favorite things about the work I get to do is stepping into a room full of people and reminding them of what’s possible. Because I know how easy it is for teams to get caught up in the busyness, the stress, the expectations, and the never-ending to-do lists. Sometimes we all need an opportunity to reconnect with our purpose, remember why our work matters, and leave feeling a little more hopeful than when we walked in. That’s what I want every keynote, workshop, and experience I lead to provide. Not just a moment of inspiration, but meaningful conversations, practical takeaways, and a renewed sense of connection. Whether your team needs to strengthen its culture, navigate difficult conversations, rediscover its spark, or simply be reminded that what they do matters, I’d love to be part of that journey. And here’s the thing: You don’t have to know exactly what you’re looking for yet. I’m always happy to jump on a quick, no-pressure Zoom to hear about your team, the challenges you’re facing, and what you’re hoping to accomplish. We can explore whether I’d be a good fit. You can learn more about my speaking topics at toddnesloney.com/speaking, or just send me a message. I’d love to connect. Because the best events don’t just fill a calendar. They make a difference long after everyone leaves the room.

Just because you FEEL like you're failing doesn't mean you are. Just because you FEEL like you're falling behind doesn't mean you've missed your moment. And just because you FEEL like you're not enough doesn't make it true. Our feelings are real. They matter. But sometimes they're shaped by fear, comparison, exhaustion, or the lies we've spent years believing about ourselves. Not every feeling deserves to become your identity. You are more than your worst day. More than your mistakes. More than the voice in your head telling you you're falling short. Give yourself permission to feel what you feel without letting those feelings define who you are. You matter. Your story matters. And you are more than enough.

"If you look for obstacles, you will find them. If you look for opportunities— for and with your community—they might find you." #ForwardTogether This is a little snippet from my recent keynote at #txedcon2026, and I can feel such enthusiasm for the "Forward, Together" message. I believe in this message greatly because I benefited from it as a student. Innovation really matters to me, but I know it cannot be built without a community lifting each other up. That is what "Forward, Together" is about. If you have not read the book, I invite you to check it out at tiny.cc/ForwardTogether
