Funky gridlock in #Sheffield earlier this a.m. #Traffic was backing up to #Meadowhead roundabout and then to #Greenhill / #Bradway. I guess if buses are cut, trains are failing (#TPE) rat runs closed & it's too cold to cycle, this is what we'll get 🥰
