Tolkien would have loved the Darkspawn, Skaven, and Locust Hordes because they are literally, objectively *evil* to the core. They don't even have families, just monstrous females that they reproduce with via rape in order to manufacture armies that carry out someone's dark will.

Orcs are evil because they are evil monsters. They are created to be evil, by an evil god, to do evil things. They are not a placeholder for a "different culture", they are not a human analog, they are not a "minority". They are biological constructs made to do the bidding of dark god who made them to mock the other races (elves) specifically If your mind can't comprehend that you likely shouldn't engage with LOTR material.
