I absolutely love the bones of him. Not because we’ve won. Because he’s completely focused on where he wants us to be. Not had a manager like this since Warnock. Excellent. Enjoy it Julian.
Slowly but surely it’s taking shape. Benefit of continuity.

I have no doubt the below still stands. If we get bodies back and keep them fit, nothing in the league makes me worry personally. Swansea flying before today and they can’t handle us in spells.

We are going to finish in the top 8 this year.
We need to tie up loose ends if they are in fact, loose ends, in the form of Varane and Kolli, the sooner the better. Don’t need any nonsense, they go, they go, they stay, they fight for a place in the XI. Simple.
Get one or two on loan if needed or incoming permanents hopefully/preferably, but if they all stay fit, we’ll be fine. I could see Kone as well possibly going, but he’s a fighter as well and will need to up it to have a starting place. I think that’s healthy and what we’ve lacked for so many years.
Lamptey fully fit at this level, is going to be crazy, risk and reward with him, he’s levels above this league when fit.
Unbeaten in the first three. I think after a whole last season they are now starting to understand what Julian wants and what he brings. We will have bad days but on the whole I don’t think we will. Maybe incoming egg on my face but I like what I see and what we’ve brought in so far.
A Mowbray team at home, will take that and run. He’s about as good as we’ll face managerially all season, knows this league inside out.
An excellent win @QPR

I’ll take that point and run, point there no, all good.
We are doing absolutely fine. Things to fix, things to improve etc, of course. Get a win against Preston ahead of the international break we are well ahead of where most thought we would ever be.
Still unbeaten away from home.
Break will help us massively as well.

Job done @QPR
That’s the nice thing, we are finding a way to do it. Not nice for the most part, a bit ufff tonight. But it’s three points.
Back to back wins. We’ll need to up it for Middlesborough on Saturday but my god Rangers, happy boy going to sleep tonight.
Unbeaten. Something Building here.
On we go!
