Why train like this?
Using variable training stimulus gets the athlete to self organize their arm action without demanding a robotic position. Instead, exposing the arm to different forces allows it to self organize the movement patterns that work best for the athlete.
The athlete will blend these different training tools into their throwing program throughout the week.

A powerful reminder from one of football’s legendary competitors. Mike Ditka stood for toughness, determination, and never backing down. Lessons that go far beyond the football field.
Rest in peace, Coach. Your legacy lives on. 🏈🦆

Try the 45 degree quick pick.
This drill puts the back hip under time pressure so it can find appropriate internal rotation. Blend it between water ball/baseball and flat ground/mound 🔥

Love seeing student-athletes recognized for more than just what happens on the field. Leadership, academics, character — that’s what really lasts. 👏⚾️

Can your organization throw a 100-MPH fastball?
Think speed is all in the “arm"? Elite pitching speed actually starts in the legs, transfers through the body to the arm.
Your organization works the same way.

That’s a pretty good three-pitch mix right there. 👀 86–88 with two quality secondaries. Keep dealing, Tai! 🦆⚾️

109 years young, a World War II veteran, and still taking the mound. That’s what a true American legend looks like. Respect, Mr. Green. 🇺🇸⚾
Arthur Green was born in 1917, which makes him older than the Baltimore Orioles have even existed as a franchise, since the team didn't move to town until 1954. He's a World War II veteran, and Camden Yards gave him a standing ovation before he threw out the pitch on Opening Day 2026.
Baltimore went on to beat the Twins 2-1.

Some things are bigger than baseball. Today, the Greensboro Ducks remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the first responders, service members, families and ordinary Americans who showed extraordinary courage. We will never forget. 🇺🇸
