#MamaBear: Short Film Review
"At the end of the day, this is a quick, creepy, and thoroughly bizarre little horror short. It may leave you with more questions than answers, but I don’t necessarily consider that a bad thing." #CurryBarker

Review: #TheEndOfOakStreet (4K)
"Its premise has potential and its nostalgic visual style is distinctive. Sadly, the uneven storytelling and unconvincing creature effects keep it from becoming a science-fiction adventure I hoped it would be."

Review: Joy Ride (4K)
"It has a strong cast, a worthwhile emotional core, and enough memorable moments to make the journey entertaining, even when the comedy doesn’t consistently hit its mark."

Review: The Strangers, Chapter 3 (4K)
"I appreciate the ambition behind expanding this franchise into a larger story, but ambition alone does not make the result worthwhile.""

Review: The Strangers, Chapter 2 (4K)
"Sometimes, the scariest thought is that terrible things can happen for absolutely no reason. Unfortunately, The SC2 takes that simple premise and stretches it into a sequel that left me disappointed."

Review: #OutOfThePast (4K)
"There is something really satisfying about watching a classic film noir like this receive this kind of treatment. It doesn’t need to be reinvented, it just needs to be presented properly."

Review: #ResidentEvil
"The movie never feels like it is desperately trying to change its personality depending on what’s happening, it establishes what kind of movie it wants to be and sticks with it."

Review: #ResidentEvil
"I could feel that survival-horror DNA. It feels like you’re watching someone work their way through a game, except you’re sitting in a theater watching it unfold rather than holding a controller."

Review: #InterviewWithTheVampire (4K)
"The gothic atmosphere, the romantic quality of the cinematography, the elaborate production design, and the incredible costumes all benefit from the additional resolution and expanded dynamic range."

Review: #Supergirl (4K)
"Craig Gillespie’s Supergirl is a movie I really wanted to enjoy, but unfortunately, the film itself left me with very little to get excited about. "

Review: #SheRidesShotgun (4K)
"The 4K release gives a strong home-video presentation that complements the film’s gritty visual style rather than trying to clean it up or make it something it isn’t."
