Former Dallas Cowboys star Dez Bryant was cited for misdemeanor assault after a traffic dispute with two 19-year-olds escalated into a confrontation in a Southlake parking lot. Bryant claims the teens cut him off in traffic and that one threatened to shoot him. The teens deny the shooting threat, while video they provided shows Bryant knocking a phone out of one of their hands. Police responded to reports of a fight and a possible weapon, drawing their guns as a precaution. No firearms were recovered, and Bryant was issued a citation for assault by contact before being released at the scene.
