My generation didn't focus on mental health at all, and I can count my friends that I've lost over it on 5 hands.

Obvs I’ve been through a physical transformation this year and it’s been really fascinating to see how it’s changed the way people perceive me for better or for worse.
It’s been a great benefit to my wrestling career cause I feel more confident in how I look, how I move and how I perform in general but it’s been a great reminder that to a lot of people I was just a phat ass and without it I am not worth their time lmao FASCINATING
