"We are a great people with great ideas, not a great idea with people."
When I do these sit-downs, I get peppered with questions, and sometimes I miss the core of what the questioner is actually asking. I thought he was asking if America's form of government, as outlined in the Constitution, would be possible in a nation of 90% Christian Indians. My point was that, as John Adams famously said, "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." I was focusing on the religious and moral character aspect of the hypothetical question. And presuming they were a moral and upright group of Christian Indians, then yes, the American form of government could serve them well.
But watching this back, it's clear he's actually asking if America would still be America if you could snap your finger and change America to 90% Christian Indians. The correct answer is, of course, not. America is a PEOPLE with shared history, values, and geography. You cannot replace Americans with non-Americans and have it still be America. Which is why getting our immigration system in order is fundamental to our country's future well-being. When we allow people into our country who do not share our values, we fundamentally corrode the nation. Our foundations—legally, spiritually, philosophically, and culturally—are from the West. That's Common Law, the Magna Carta, Christianity, etc. But adding anyone has risks, just like adding Canada to America as the 51st state could negatively impact the country (namely by adding a bunch of liberal Canadians), even while it's majority white westerners.
The ideas and values of America are big enough and strong enough for other groups to assimilate into them (key word is assimilate, and if done orderly and slowly over time), but I am not convinced that a 90% Indian Christian country would resemble America at all. That hypothetical country could perhaps use the Constitution successfully, but it would be something entirely different than America. We are a great people with great ideas, not a great idea with people.
In the last 48 hours...
- Rubio reduced his 2028 chances coming out in favor of Indian H-1B migration
- Vance reduced his 2028 chances by supporting Vivek after Vivek made the asinine decision to run the worst campaign ad over this cycle.
The Vivek campaign ad featuring Amy Acton's mother shouldn't be a surprise.
Vivek has exhibited sleaziness and poor judgement since he stepped into politics.
And long before if you look into his companies or read his books.
Amazing that so many absurdities like this are part of the law, and have been for decades.
Time to start righting the ship, and YRT are leading the way.
"At this point we’re so used to being gaslit that the omission of a description is as good as a 4K portrait."
I’m going to let you in on a secret about rape that I learned while bouncing at 3 nightclubs concurrently for my entire undergrad. 500 nights at the club dealing with women and creeps have produced some insight.
The first thing to understand is that 99% of date-rape cases are just patently false. Every weekend like clockwork a new tiny girl who hadn’t eaten all day would confidently down 5 shots of tequila then claim she was drugged once word got around that she shit herself in a cab, or fell asleep in a dumpster.
I’ve lost count of how many of them were perplexed to report that their drug tests came back clean the next morning.
BUT… In my 500 nights of service, I witnessed it happen for real, bill cosby style, twice.
And in 100% of those cases it was a black or an Indian guy.
The first was a guy named Sohil who had actually openly made some suspect remarks to people I knew. Why was nothing done? Because the concept was so completely alien to the white guys around him that they simply didn’t believe what they were hearing.
It was exactly like the scene from American Psycho where he talks about a girls head on a stick as though it’s the punchline to a joke, and his friends just exchange a weird look and carry on. That’s how crazy the prospect of rape sounds to white guys, he might as well have said he had a head in his freezer.
Ultimately, Sohil was caught trying to sneak into a drugged girl’s bedroom window after her roommates had shuttled her home for the night. He was sentenced to 2 years in prison. There was no international outrage, no big news articles, nothing. Just a post on Facebook shared between the bar staff.
The second was a black guy from Martinique. He was a charming niggardly character who hung around the bars every weekend bumming cigarettes or making a few bucks selling fake cocaine. He lived in someone’s walk-in closet for $300 a month.
He had rumours circulating about his predation, but nobody had anything concrete until he was finally caught inappropriately touching an incapacitated girl and force feeding her drugs.
He was quickly and brutally sentenced to a swift release and a mild scolding from a social worker. He had successfully argued to the judge that people would kill him if he were sent back to Martinique, and was therefore let off with not even a slap on the wrist.
The funniest part of this whole ordeal is that we have reason to suspect that he was a refugee in the first place because he had raped the wrong guy’s sister back home. You genuinely can’t make this shit up.
Word got around to the bars, but this was back in the day. We didn’t have ID scanners, and hiring was a revolving door. Every Fortnite we’d have a new roster of Dianabol enthusiasts standing at the entrance letting groups of bombshells skip the line. It was impossible to entirely keep people out.
And so within 2 months it happened again. Exactly the same as last time. And the black guy hit the judge with the exact same excuse. Luckily the judge finally came to his senses, and sent him back to a third world shithole. He has lived in Paris France ever since.
I tell these stories because I’m at my whits end with headlines like the one I see below. At this point we’re so used to being gaslit that the omission of a description is as good as a 4K portrait.
So I’ll do my small part to set record straight.
It is never the white men.
Canada is becoming an Indian outpost in the Western Hemisphere.
Canada must be viewed as a hostile immigration threat to our north, the way Mexico has been on our southern border for decades.
Companies are starting to ask: why hire Accenture (or Deloitte, etc) to use Claude when we could just pay for Claude ourselves?
New: Accenture has told employees it will only fund $29 per month of Claude use. Meaning that employees who often spend as much as $1,000 a month are now scrambling to find ways to keep access to the tool. A sign of the continuing crack down of AI 404media.co/accenture-tells-…
America has become a balkanized territory of competing ethno-religious groups.
Our future likely involves a kind of neofeudalism, where these groups find legally illegible ways to form exclusive communities.
🇺🇸✡️ WATCH: Historic Milestone in Florida as Over 80 Orthodox Jewish Families Move Into New $100 Million-Plus Community and Schools Open
More than 80 families from New York have moved into Lakefront Estates, where schools have now opened. Dozens more families are expected in the coming weeks, following reported investment of hundreds of millions of dollars in the project.
Located in Glades County near Lake Okeechobee, Lakefront is a purpose-built residential community. The broader development plan calls for up to 1,000 single-family homes and 300 rental units.
The vision goes beyond housing: plans include synagogues, mikvahs, boys’ and girls’ schools, a yeshiva, a kollel, kosher shopping and medical services. Developers are targeting families seeking more space and an alternative to soaring housing costs in established Orthodox neighborhoods.
Hatzalah South Florida has also begun organizing a local branch, meeting with prospective responders who will serve Lakefront. With families arriving and classrooms opening, the focus now shifts from construction to building the services a growing community needs.

This brings up a good reminder from the Prefect of the CDF in 2004, future Pope Benedict XVI, on the DP:
The death penalty is inadmissible because it is an attack on the inviolability and dignity of the person. The common good can be safeguarded and the requirements of justice can be met without recourse to capital punishment: effective systems of detention have been developed that protect citizens while at the same time do not completely deprive those who are guilty of the possibility of redemption. #NoDeathPenalty
She came here on an H-1B.
Strong argument for completely ending the program.
Statement on Trump Suspending Microsoft from the PERM Program:
This is a crucial issue for me as the top Democrat on the Immigration Subcommittee, the only member of Congress to have actually had an H-1B visa, and the Representative for tens of thousands of Microsoft workers. The administration has been consistently working to take away legal pathways for immigrants to contribute their talents to our country, and this is yet another of those attacks.
The PERM program is the first step toward an employment-based green card for countless workers who want to contribute to this country, and it lays out a clear process with steps to ensure that this is a net benefit to our economy and does not harm American jobs. Our economy, our communities, and our families depend on immigrants in many sectors, including the tech sector, and heavy-handed attacks like this only hurt efforts to build a strong, stable, and diverse base of workers who have legal pathways to come and be in the United States while also protecting U.S. workers from unscrupulous employers.
You don’t fix a broken immigration system by taking a hammer to legal immigration. Microsoft has been a leader in advocating for comprehensive immigration reforms that modernize an antiquated immigration system and provide more — not fewer — legal pathways for immigrants from all over the world to work here and be with their families. Targeting Microsoft or the PERM program in this way simply undermines legal immigration and weakens America’s ability to innovate.
For those who don't know, all these companies are Indian:
Cognizant, Infosys, Tata, Wipro, HCL, and Capgemini
Microsoft, also suspended, has an Indian CEO.
.@Sonderling47: "I am hereby suspending from the Permanent Labor Certification Program some of the largest IT outsourcing firms in the world — Cognizant, Infosys, Tata, Wipro, HCL, and Capgemini — and also, due to multiple active federal investigations, @USDOL is suspending Microsoft and Adobe from the program."

8.7 million non-immigrant visas were issued to Indian nationals from March 2017 to Feb 2026.
A non-immigrant visa is temporary permission to come to America for a limited time- to work, study, or visit - and then return home.
8,704,481 of those visas were issued, according to the State Department.
How many do you think actually returned home?
I would abolish social security on the day I became eligible - after paying into it for 40+ years - if it meant my kids and grandkids could have a better life.

"Reaganite Migrant-Deferential Global Libertarianism"
Wow this guy is so full of hate.
He has now - at retirement age after decades of thinking he could just assimilate to a shallow Reaganite Migrant-Deferential Global Libertarianism - crashed out completely, and become a literal post-Christian convert to Hindutva Supremacist War On Americans.
A sad end to a not very noble life.
He is correct that neither he, nor his ideology, have any answers to the problems that they created.
A new regime will replace the current one.
Either it will be led by men who will restore the West, or it will be led by the foreign hoards who seek to destroy it.
Ending the H-1B would have positive externalities other than giving jobs to Americans.
It would also result in ~$40B in additional money remaining in the US economy rather than being remitted back to India.
