🌸 Hey Flower Gang!
I’m currently focusing on making better content and gardening tips for you.
I read every comment, but I can only reply to a few each day so the algorithm shows my posts to more of you.
Thank you for understanding! I appreciate every single one of you ❤️
What’s blooming in your garden right now?
The first cold snap is upon us, some march on but they are really on their last leg.
All in all was not a bad season, considering that I was not really able to take care of them as in previous seasons.
How was your growing season? What are happy about and where do you think you could do better?
When we think of beautiful colors in the garden our mind automatically defaults to flowers but there is a completely different realm we ignore.
Fungi!
Autumn 🍂 joys !
This is a plant that we always have in the gardens and most of the people around me also , we in common tongue call it “rooster crest “
Just out of curiosity, how you people call it in your country?
Hey flower lovers! 🌹
Let’s meet “Diablesse de Mers”, a shrub rose of rare beauty.
Created by Dominique Massad in France (2014).
Intense jasmine scent, keeps repeating, stays compact at 80–100 cm.
Honest notes from my garden: it’s a slow grower and can show black spot later in the season.
Still worth it for that color and fragrance? What do you think?
We all love a well manicured garden, with perfect everything.
But what actually happens is that you start buying what you can find and plant without having a true plan or a vision.
And you know what? That’s fine too, some will say it’s messy I look at such gardens and I say they have a soul.
You can feel the emotion that the gardener had when planting something and a bit of the disappointment that it did not grow like in the pictures.
And you know what? That’s fine too…
Cold and damp weather in this part of the world, BUT they are not giving up just yet. The cold weather helps them retain their color a bit more
Good morning gardeners!
Found this next to one of the flower beds.
Have you ever seen something like it before?
Autumn is slowly but surely coming. Still the colder nights have started to put some more color in our roses .
This rose is our beloved “ Orient Express “. The rose is still young but putting a good shadow for us .
How is autumn treating you guys?
On January 8, 2026, Birmingham’s sky suddenly turned neon pink during Storm Goretti, leaving everyone wondering if they were seeing the Northern Lights. 💗
The real explanation? Powerful LED grow lights at Birmingham City FC’s St Andrew’s stadium, reflected through low clouds and falling snow.
For a few minutes, Birmingham looked like another planet. 🌌✨

Ceropegia ampliata is a true botanical wonder. ✨
Its elegant, tubular white-green flowers are shaped like delicate lanterns, softly glowing with otherworldly charm.
This plant isn’t just rare, it’s a quiet showstopper.
🌸 We all love Lady D, and what better way to keep her memory alive than through flowers? ❤️
Fleurs de Villes DIANA at Somerset House in London brings some of Princess Diana’s most iconic looks to life using thousands of fresh flowers, celebrating her style, life and humanitarian legacy.
A beautiful tribute to a woman who continues to inspire, decades later. 🌺👑
Scrolling through Facebook, I found an offer for hibiscuses and it wasn’t the price that caught my attention, but these flowers! 🌺
They’re Stéphane Bénard’s creations, made by crossing different hibiscus varieties.
These four completely stole my heart. No names, but honestly, they don’t need them. ❤️
Which one is your favorite?

Exceptionally heavy El Niño rains have triggered millions of dormant seeds beneath the soil, transforming vast stretches of one of the world’s driest regions into a spectacular carpet of flowers. 🌸🌸🌸
The Atacama Desert, one of the driest places on Earth, has been dramatically transformed following heavy rainfall in northern Chile. Areas that are typically barren and parched are now covered in vibrant violet and white blossoms, a rare natural phenomenon known as the “flowering desert.”🏵️🏵️🏵️
The 24th edition took place from 13–16 August 2026 at the Grand-Place in Brussels, Belgium, featuring a spectacular design inspired by Hokusai’s The Great Wave off Kanagawa, celebrating 160 years of Belgium–Japan relations. 🇧🇪🇯🇵
Most of the work is carried out by the amazing @bloemencorsoLoenhout volunteers, who also organise Belgium’s biggest flower parade on 13 September. 🌺
