Do you secretly believe success is possible for other people, but not for you? Do you believe making good money requires working ridiculously hard and putting in long hours? Do you sometimes turn simple projects into enormous tasks just to feel like you’ve earned what the client is paying you? Do you struggle with perfectionism and procrastination, even when you’ve got paying clients waiting on you? Are you afraid to hire someone because, deep down, you wonder… “If someone else can do what I do, then what’s my value?” If you answered YES to any of these questions, you need to hear Firlie and Raegan’s story. Because they struggled with these exact same things. They’d spent almost 15 years trying different businesses without getting the results they wanted. And when they heard another couple in our community had made over $150,000 in their first year running a digital agency… They thought it was a fantasy. Something that might be possible for other people. But not for them. They immediately started coming up with reasons why. “They must have sales skills.” “They must have something we don’t.” And yet… 12 months later, Firlie and Raegan made $154,000 in their first year. The very thing they’d convinced themselves wasn’t possible. So what changed? It wasn’t that they suddenly discovered some secret business strategy. They had to confront the beliefs that had been holding them back. They had to stop making everything harder than it needed to be. They had to learn to delegate. To take action before they felt ready. And to believe they were deserving of achieving something they’d previously thought was out of reach. Because the biggest lesson from their story isn’t the $154,000. It’s who they had to become to earn it. And that’s what we unpack in this interview. If you’ve ever looked at someone else’s success and thought… “That’s great for them, but I could never do that.” Then this conversation will change the way you see what’s possible for yourself. 🎧 Watch the full interview. In 2012, Joe joined our mentoring program with capital to invest and a desire to learn online business properly. Fourteen years later, he runs Just Website Brokerage and has helped sell over $7M worth of websites across roughly 300 deals. Joe didn’t just learn website investing. He mastered the full cycle: How to evaluate a site. How to improve it. How to position it. How to sell it for a premium. In those early years, Joe bought and sold his own websites, worked with partners and investors, and became the very first coach we ever hired at eBusiness Institute. Teaching sharpened his eye. Doing deals sharpened it even more. Eventually, Joe discovered his his thing: Selling websites for more than what people thought they were worth. By 2018, previous clients started asking him to sell their sites too. That demand became Just Website Brokerage. Today, it’s the only business he runs. I recently sat down with Joe to talk about what’s really happening in the website investing market right now. Watch the full interview on YouTube to hear: * Why Joe works with sites as low as $10K * What buyers are paying for in 2026 * Why traffic has moved from pure SEO into Pinterest, Discover, YouTube, newsletters, and social * Why brand and authority matter more than ever * How single-source sites can become renovation opportunities * What private equity buyers are looking for right now * Why AI has made human-led content more valuable, not less I’ll put the link in the comments.

Joseph, a Champions Graduate turned AI branding into a six-figure business, with client engagements now averaging an incredible US$80,000. And he has done it while still holding down his day job. Joe helps high-level founders, executives and private equity professionals control what AI platforms say about them online. In just nine months, he generated US$300,000 worth of work. His minimum engagement is US$25,000. But what makes his story really interesting is that he calls this the easiest service he has ever sold. The right clients already understand the problem. They know their reputation, credentials and personal brand can affect millions of dollars in business. Joe simply shows them how to take control of their online story. In this interview, Joe shares how he discovered this unmet market, found his first clients and built a premium service using AI. Most people think sales means convincing someone to buy. It doesn’t. One of the biggest lessons Coach Greg shared in a recent training for Champions is that the best sales calls often don’t feel like sales calls at all. You ask questions. You understand where the business owner wants to go. You uncover what’s stopping them. You help them see the gap between where they are now and where they could be. Then you show them the solution. But more importantly, you connect that solution to the result they actually want. More customers. More revenue. More capacity. Another team member. More freedom. That’s what people buy. Greg’s directory strategy is a great example. Instead of cold pitching local businesses, you feature them. That builds trust first. Then you have a conversation about their business. And because there’s already trust, the sales conversation becomes much easier. The more conversations you have, the more wealth you will have. Sales gets a lot less scary when you stop trying to sell. Start trying to understand what they want, what’s stopping them, and how your solution gets them there.

She built the foundations of a six-figure business from a hospital bed. Not metaphorically. Literally. Lucy’s health had collapsed. Their solar business was forced to shut down. She and Reefe moved in with family, went into debt, and were trying to hold everything together while raising two young boys. Then Lucy made a decision that changed everything. She started learning digital skills. From her hospital bed. She rebuilt their old solar website. Then they relaunched the business differently. Reefe came off the tools. The website started generating quality local leads. And within roughly 18 months, they had multiplied their income and built a genuine Lifestyle Freedom business around their health and family. What I love most about Lucy’s story is that she didn’t wait for life to become perfect before she started again She just kept taking the next step. If you’re going through a hard season right now, watch this interview. youtube.com/watch?v=7L1kPFV4… Lucy’s story might change what you believe is possible.

Could learning this digital skill become your path out of the 9-5? Stephanie was a teacher. Not a marketer, website developer or AI expert. In fact, she started learning the foundations of building websites. But just two years later, she has won three national awards and advises multimillion-dollar businesses on SEO, branding, AI and digital growth. What made the difference? She stopped thinking like someone who simply builds websites. And she started asking better questions like a digital advisor. Which services make the client the most money? Who are their ideal customers? How can they attract more of the right enquiries? What role should their website, SEO and AI strategy play? That is when she became a digital advisor. AI now helps her work faster, but it has not replaced the most valuable part of what she does. Listening. Building trust. Understanding the client’s business. And giving them the right advice. For anyone looking to transition out of a 9-5 into the digital world, Steph’s journey is worth watching. Watch the full interview here: youtube.com/watch?v=DjCKc2Yl…

We just ran a one-day bootcamp for our Champions on building a complete digital strategy team with AI. Not a flashy “replace your whole team” promise. Just a practical system to help small business owners get more of the thinking done properly. During the day, we showed them how to create support for: • Research • Content strategy • SEO • Copywriting • Brand direction • Website planning • Project management The idea is simple. Instead of staring at a blank page or trying to brief five different people, you build one clear process that helps you work through each stage. From client discovery… To strategy… To homepage copy and a proper brief for the web developer… Then ongoing content, SEO and conversion improvements. While you still want a human to make the final call... It has saved a lot of time and help our community get organised and deliver client work much faster. That was the focus of the day. Not more AI tools. A better way to run the work. Really enjoyed seeing what everyone built. If you’re interested in how we’re helping business owners use AI in practical ways, not just to create content, but to build better systems, follow for more. I’ve got plenty more to share over the coming weeks.

You could lose your job, your business, and every dollar in your bank account tomorrow. But if you have this one skill, you can make it all back. That one skill? It's not marketing, strategy, or operations. It’s sales. Because if you can sell, you can make money anywhere. Real estate. Commission work. Your own business. Doesn’t matter. Sales is the ultimate wealth generator. Most people don’t realise... The way to get truly wealthy is to combine super skills. Sales + digital skills? That’s 1+1=10. Sales + law? Incredibly powerful. Sales + online business? Game over. I’ve spent 30+ years combining sales with digital knowledge, and it’s made me more money than anything else I’ve ever done. But here’s what stops most people... They’re scared of sales. They think it’s sleazy, pushy, and uncomfortable. So they stay busy. They hide behind tasks. They avoid the one thing that could actually change their life. Sales comes down to two things. Prospecting and closing. That’s it. You need conversations. The more conversations you have, the more money you make. You don’t even need to be great at it. You just need to talk to people. Be curious. Ask questions. Be personable. That’s sales. And once you learn it? You’ll never be broke again.

I’ve noticed there are two types of people when it comes to AI. The first group is waiting. They’re reading headlines. Watching YouTube videos. Wondering if AI will replace their job. The second group has already started. They’re using AI to build businesses, buy digital assets and create new income streams. Guess which group will have more options one year, two years, five years from now? After almost 20 years in online business, I honestly believe we’re living through the biggest opportunity since the early days of the internet. But here’s what most people get wrong… AI hasn’t changed what creates value. Businesses still need leads. Websites still need to rank on Google. Digital assets still need proper due diligence. What AI has done is collapse the time it takes to execute. One of our students, John, built three client websites worth $10,000 in just 10 days after moving from Ireland to Australia with no local network. Inside our latest 10-Day Website Challenge, students who once struggled to complete a single webpage were turning up with fully built, SEO-ready websites complete with keyword research and content. And our digital investors are using AI to reduce due diligence that once took 6 to 7 hours down to around 30 minutes, allowing them to analyse far more website opportunities than ever before.d The fundamentals haven’t changed. The speed has. That’s exactly what Lucy and I unpack in our latest interview. If you’re wondering how AI can help you build a Lifestyle Freedom business instead of simply replacing your job, watch the full interview below. youtube.com/watch?v=_JHGxFUA… I think it will completely change the way you think about what’s possible over the next five years.

I missed the first internet boom. I’m not missing the AI boom. After almost 30 years of building, buying and selling online businesses, what’s happening right now feels remarkably similar to the early 2000s. Except the barrier to entry is much lower. One of our students recently built 3 paid client websites worth $10,000 in just 10 days. We’ve also developed 11 AI prompts that can do work that once required a 5-person agency team. That doesn’t mean AI does everything for you. You still need to understand the foundations. But once you do, AI gives the everyday person leverage we’ve never had before. You can research faster. Build faster. Analyse opportunities faster. And start without a huge team or budget. That’s what Lucy and I unpack in our latest interview. If you’re sitting in a corporate job wondering whether AI is a threat or an opportunity, I’d watch this: youtube.com/watch?v=_JHGxFUA… I believe we’re going to look back at this period the same way we look at the early internet. The opportunity is here. The question is what you do with it.

Sometimes the biggest sign you’re on the right path is that life starts meeting you halfway. I’ve experienced this more times than I can count. You get clear on what you’re here to do. Then suddenly… You meet the person you needed to meet. A conversation happens at exactly the right time. An opportunity shows up that you couldn’t have planned for. From the outside, it can look like luck. I don’t think it is. I think clarity changes what you pay attention to. When you know what you’re building — and why — you stop chasing everything. You notice the opportunities that actually matter. You say no faster. You trust your instincts more. And you start recognizing the little signs that tell you: Keep going. That’s one of the reasons The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho hit me so hard. The whole book is built around the idea of pursuing your “Personal Legend” — the thing you feel called to do. Three lessons from it have stayed with me: 1) Pay attention to the signs. Life is constantly giving you information. The question is whether you’re paying attention enough to notice it. 2) The path will test you. Finding your purpose doesn’t mean everything becomes easy. Usually, the obstacles are part of becoming the person capable of living it. 3) You still have to DO. You can believe in your purpose all day long. But eventually you have to take the risk, make the decision, leave what’s comfortable, and take action. That’s the part people miss. Purpose isn’t just something you “find.” It’s something you take action on. And when you do? Life can take you to some pretty incredible places. If you haven’t read The Alchemist, read it. Then ask yourself: What’s the thing you already know you’re supposed to be pursuing?

Nine months ago, a student of ours (let's call him John B. because that's his name) was a large animal vet in Ireland. Today, he's earning $20,000 a month building websites for businesses. The thing is, John started with no tech experience, nbusiness background and no local network. Just a laptop, a secondhand desk and a willingness to have a crack. His first cold call did not go well. The bloke told him to F off. John turned to his girlfriend and sister and said, “By the end of today, I’ll have a client.” Ten or eleven calls later, he did. That first client gave him confidence. The results he produced created referrals. And those referrals created momentum. Now he run the business anywhere he wants. That is what I love about digital skills. Once you have them, you can choose to work when you want, where you want, and with whoever you want.

Your boss is a preview of your future. So is your boss’s boss. The question is: Do you actually want their life? That was one of the questions I asked Henry Wunsch before he left his engineering career. At 25, Henry was earning $105,000 a year. He had a respected profession. A reliable income. A clear career path ahead of him. But when he looked at the people further along that path, he realised something: He didn’t want to arrive where they were going. Henry didn’t want to spend the next 30 years climbing the ladder. He wanted to own the ladder. That didn’t mean recklessly quitting his job. He learned digital skills while still employed. He found clients on lunch breaks. He proved people would pay him before handing in his notice. Then he made the leap. A few months ago, Henry was an electrical engineer. Today, he’s building his own digital agency and creating an asset he actually owns. If you're working long hours... But the path you’re on leads somewhere you don’t want to go, I unpacked Henry’s full transition... From employee to online business owner, on the Digital Investors Podcast. If you're earning $100k+ per year, read this... Because your hourly rate is probably a lot less than you think. I recently sat down with Henry Wunsch, a 25-year-old electrical engineer, who was earning $105k a year. But when we factored in his 10-hour days and commute, his actual hourly rate came out to just $28.60 an hour. $28.60!! But get this… while working those 50-hour weeks, he did $12k in sales building websites on the side. He got proof of concept for his side hustle BEFORE he said goodbye to the shackles of his golden handcuffs. It gets even better. In his very FIRST week back from a 3-week Europe holiday, he landed THREE clients at $3.5k each. That’s $10.5k in one week. All he had was his laptop, some networking, and the courage to have a crack at it. And now he’s on pace to $15k/month. His advice? “Life's too short not to take risks. If you have a goal, just have a go." If you feel stuck on that JOB treadmill, dreaming of building something of your own, listen to this: youtube.com/watch?v=fISI-4pD… Henry made the leap, so why can't you?

Would you quit a $105K salary at age 25 to start an online business in a field you know nothing about? For most people, the answer would be no. But Henry did it. And in a very calculated way. Today, you’ll hear how he made that transition, including the $12k proof of concept that gave him the confidence to quit… Why his coach suggested he go on a 3-week holiday after quitting his $105k/year job… How he made $10,500 in his first week back from vacation… And how he’s on track to making $15,000/month with the help of AI... Which is almost double his engineering salary... Without working 50-hour weeks like he used to. If you have a high paying job that’s hard to leave… Watch Henry’s interview here: youtube.com/watch?v=fISI-4pD… See how he made the leap, so you can too.

Raising 3 boys under 5 is already a full-time job But building an online business to six-figures at the same time? Yet, that’s what Jing has accomplished. In her first year, she made about $50k. In her second year, she crossed 6-figures. Her husband Matt gradually reduced his accounting role from five days to four, then three. And eventually handing in his notice. By the time he left corporate, they had a stable roster of paying clients, recurring revenue, and confidence the business would continue to grow. Today, Jing works one to two days a week so she can spend more time with her 3 boys. Matt works fewer hours than he did in corporate accounting, and they run the agency together from beautiful Noosa. If you’re juggling a demanding career, raising a young family, and wondering if there's a better way - there is. Jing and Matt are living proof. Check out their interview here: youtube.com/watch?v=ZgGR0Qff… Hear how they made the leap, so you can too.

Ian was working 50 hour weeks and didn’t have the time or money to invest in real estate. But after hearing me on The Rich Dad YouTube Channel, he signed up for our free masterclass and enroled in the Digital Investors Program. That was May 2024. By July 2024, Ian had bought his first $1000 starter website on Flippa. Made $650, then sold it for a cash payout of $2,000 on Flippa within 12 months. Today Ian owns 3 websites that make him $2,200/mo USD passively. What’s most fascinating is one of the websites he bought for $14k earns him $1,700/mo without any effort or renovation. If you want to hear how he did it, including: - How he found these hidden websites on Flippa (most people miss this). - How much he paid for each site and the actual website links so you can check them out. - How he used AI to renovate and fix up two of his sites (that is giving them a 600% return) - And more... Here's the full interview: youtube.com/watch?v=Qi5O8FU6…

The people in this photo are why I do what I do. It's our eBusiness Institute community - a group of people from all kinds of backgrounds who decided to learn how online business really works. Some came to us wanting to escape a job. Some wanted an extra income stream. Others wanted to build digital assets they could own for the long term. And many started with little or no tech experience. That’s something I’ve seen again and again over the years. You don’t need to be a programmer to build a profitable online business. But you do need to be willing to learn the fundamentals. There are two main pathways we teach. The first is becoming a digital advisor. You learn how websites work, how businesses get found online, and how to generate leads for local companies. You can start building a website for a friend, a charity, a local tradie, or a small business. Get them a result. Build your confidence. Then turn that skill into cash flow. The second is the portfolio strategy. You buy a small, underperforming website, improve it, grow the income, and either hold it or sell it later. That pathway takes more capital, more patience, and proper due diligence. So the choice often comes down to time and money. If you have more time than money, the digital advisor pathway may be the best place to start. If you have more money than time, the portfolio pathway may suit you better. And over time, many people combine the two. They use the service income to create cash flow. Then they use that cash flow to buy digital assets. That’s what I love about this community. Everyone’s journey is different. But they’re all learning digital skills that can give them more income, more freedom, and more options. Lucy and I unpacked both pathways in our latest interview, including what they look like day to day and where a complete beginner should start.
