Stop doom-scrolling and remember... At times, being human can simply feel like suffering, but there is an answer out there for everyone, and I want to remind you that you can find it. The world can be difficult. You can spend your entire life struggling to maybe not even succeed at finding that happiness, or even try to change the world around you to create that joy. But the truth is, we can only fight so hard, and there are times we need to accept parts of the world around us and make happiness in ways we are allowed. Yes, we should escape that which is toxic. That which crushes us underfoot and doesn't let your light shine through. But you can make your happiness too. A space of your own to be you. A chance to explore other forums, hobbies, locations, and find your people. Maybe it's arts and crafts, maybe it's a local place you never been to, or even a loved one you haven't called in awhile. Go out and explore what the world has to offer, be brave and try something new. These experiences can help you grow, and help you achieve the happiness you need. We're all out here trying to be happy. I see you. I see how you try so fucking hard. But just remember, try not to change everything in a day and discover yourself Think about your own happiness and how much effort it requires. Remember everyone is trying to just that as well.
