Without this gorgeous, talented goddess, #HarleyQuinn would have never existed. She was the inspiration & the heart & soul of this iconic character. I was in awe as #Batgirl watching her alongside @MarkHamill & Kevin. Sending love to her family #RipArleenSorkin ❤️🖤 🦇

Devastated to learn we've lost the brilliant Arleen Sorkin. Not just a wonderful talent, but a truly wonderful person. I'm grateful not only to have worked with her, but to have been her friend. 🙏 Sending my heartfelt condolences to her family & loved ones. 💔

CDC internal docs show 35,000 breakthrough infections among the vaccinated in a week. That's a lot, but it's 5,000/day.
Compare that to >60,000/day total. The unvaccinated still constitute 10X the # of infections.
The key to stopping #covid19? Vaccination! It works. /END

Big @CDCMMWR just out:
-469 cases of #covid19 in Barnstable County, MA in July
-346 (74%) fully vaccinated, 79% of those symptomatic
-5 hospitalized (4 vaccinated); none died
-Those vaccinated & infected carry as much virus as those unvaccinated 🧵

I am really starting to walk this road a lot lately and at least I know I'm not the only one on it. Solving for legacy is honestly a role of its own.

Replying to @Slate
@Slate follows up on a story I reported on 4 years ago for @TheParallax, about hacked emails being used to astroturf the public comment process for Net Neutrality. I always though the story should have gotten more attention, & not just because I wrote it.

72,000+ PA residents' health data has been exposed, incl Covid status & sexual orientation, b/c the state failed to properly vet their vendor. This no-brainer should've never happened, say experts, and is now the subject of a federal class-action lawsuit.
