Celta Vigo is playing some serious tunes before their home game against Real Betis this afternoon, and no, this is not AI.
Top-class from Celta. ๐๐
I must say, I really feel for Kasper Hรธgh at the moment.
There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that he is a quality striker. He proved that at Bodรธ/Glimt, both domestically and in the Champions League.
It just seems that whenever Celtic spend a significant fee on a striker, they struggle with the pressure and expectations that come with it. We seen something similar with Adam Idah.
Personally, I still believe Hรธgh will score goals for Celtic. For me, it's a matter of when, not if.
Strikers go through difficult spells, confidence drops, and suddenly everything they try seems to go wrong. But sometimes all it takes is one goal to turn everything around.
I genuinely believe once Hรธgh gets that goal, more will follow.
Keep the faith in the big man. There's a goalscorer in there. ๐
Martin OโNeill has revealed that Alistair Johnston โfelt something again, a little bit high up in his hamstring.โ
The Celtic boss admitted he is concerned about another potential setback, with the club now awaiting further medical assessment to determine the extent of the injury.
Neil Lennon also followed up with some very interesting comments regarding the medical team and highlighted just how big a blow another injury setback would be for Johnston.
๐ฃ๏ธ Martin O'Neill said in his post-match interview that he feels today's 2-1 victory over Hibernian was "our best win of the season."
Considering the difficult conditions at Easter Road and the way the Bhoys battled to see out the result, you can understand his thinking.
Do you agree with the manager's comments, Tims? Was today really our best win of the season so far? ๐

A tough afternoon in the capital, with the windy conditions certainly playing their part.
Our backs were against the wall towards the end, but the Bhoys dug deep and seen it through to secure all three points!
A real shame to see Alistair Johnston forced off injured again. Hopefully it's nothing too serious.
Not the prettiest of performances, but sometimes you've just got to grind out the result.
Three points in the bag and back down the road!๐๐
I am not a manager. How the hell can I see all of this and our management team can't?
Replying to @Neillennoncsc
Aye, let's rush back our senior players in CCV and Johnstone instead of a loanee Chelsea youth player. Let's not risk our senior players in bad conditions; great idea!
I find it strange that we have three wingers on the bench but no Emenalo as left-back cover, even though he travelled. I see only two of the three wingers getting game time, so it's a strange decision for me. ๐ค
When Brendan Rodgers arrived at Celtic in 2016, following Ronny Deila's departure, he quickly identified issues with players' fitness, weight and conditioning.
Rodgers said:
"Some players want to play in the team but you canโt train with the team if youโre not even at the right weight."
Fast forward ten years, and I genuinely believe we're witnessing similar issues again.
This current Celtic squad looks extremely unfit. The lack of intensity, pressing, movement and stamina is alarming. Fitness should be the absolute minimum expected of any player wearing a Celtic jersey.
Does anyone else think we, as a team, look very unfit and injury-prone?
There is no way on God's green earth that we could possibly take up the purchase option for Sรธrensen. ๐คฏ

"At the moment maybe we are not capable of winning these games"
2 wins in 7 games.
Wilfried Nancy managed just 2 wins in 8 games, and you had sections of the Celtic support calling for his head, demanding change and wanting him out of the club.
Yet here we are, looking at a very similar record, and the reaction seems completely different.
Serious question, What's the difference?
Are we judging managers on results and performances, or does it depend on who's standing in the dugout?
Because surely the same standards should apply to everyone at Celtic Football Club?
For the first time in 23 European campaigns, Celtic have lost their opening THREE group or league phase fixtures in the Champions League or Europa League.
That's a pretty damning statistic and one that sums up just how far we've fallen on the European stage.
European nights were once something we looked forward to. Now, they seem to bring nothing but disappointment.
Three games. Three defeats. Zero points. ๐
