1. AML/KYC: Checks used to verify identities and prevent money laundering and financial crime.
2. Asset Origination & Underwriting: How real-world assets are sourced, evaluated, and approved for investment.
3. SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles): Separate legal entities created to hold assets and protect them from certain business liabilities.
4. Custody & Asset Servicing: How assets are kept safe and how payments, like interest, are handled.
5. Transfer Restrictions: Rules controlling who can buy, hold, or transfer tokenized assets.
6. NAV & Proof of Reserves: NAV tells you what an asset or fund is worth after subtracting its liabilities. Proof of reserves provides evidence of the assets held to back a product.
7. Cross-Chain Interoperability: Enabling tokenized assets or their representations to move or interact across different blockchains.
8. Onchain Identity & Compliance: Using blockchain-compatible identity credentials to enforce eligibility and regulatory requirements.
9. RWA Collateralization: Using tokenized real-world assets as security for loans or other financial obligations.
10. Delivery-versus-Payment (DvP):
A process where the asset and payment are exchanged together, reducing the risk of one party paying without receiving the asset
This I support, there are two perspectives to this.
First the industry, you work in.
Also your skill set.
There are some industries in the next two years will not be so relevant, better start hunting for the next industry that would be standing strong.
Also like Vihkie said, learn to incorporate AIs into your skill.
@iamveektoria_ is a wonderful example, she teaches on personal branding but notice something about most posts she makes, she always cites the use of Chatgpt.
I work as a content strategist, @Chatgpt is my best friend and partner at the moment, from research, strategizing and execution of contents, my boo is there for me๐ฅ
You either evolve or be left behind.
i agree with this, but i have a slightly different perspective on the first statement.
i don't think AI is taking jobs rather it takes away jobs from those who don't know how to incorporate it into their jobs.
I feel there's a way you package your skills and pitch yourself to a brand that makes a difference.
imagine introducing yourself as an executive brand strategist, explaining the value you bring, showing how you use AI to make work easier, and having a professional onboarding process. you're already showing the brand that you understand what you're doing.
and if AI has completely taken over social media management, how do we explain someone landing a job managing a linkedin account and substack for $18k?
look at @IamOloba_ too. i think the way she has positioned herself is a good example of evolving with the industry rather than being left behind by it.
as @SamuelXeus would always say, if you don't evolve, you'll be left behind.
so yes, i agree that we need to learn how to use AI to our advantage. i just think there's still so much value in knowing your craft and how to position yourself.
just thinking out loud.
A lot of us do not have the right to call for a responsible government.
It's easy to blame others but a lot of us are not even accountable to our partners and loved ones.
We slack off at work and do whatever we want.
And yet we keep blaming the governments.
While crying for a fix in systems, fix yourself too.
Change begins with us.
Up next, build an app where average girls can meet billionaire sons who fall in love with them.๐ฅน
Call it: NepoandLapolove.com๐ฅน
Done: abegna.com
It's Sunday and I'm picking my harshest friend to be my accountability partner๐ฅฒ
I'm cooked๐ตโ๐ซ๐ญ
It's Sunday, and my pastor said;
"How you approach life will determine if you'll become a reproach in life." ๐๐ฅ
Now the real question people are asking,
should I make a job out of what I love even when it isn't footing the bills?
Or I love wherever I find myself?
Most people who dream of a quiet life without work are just exhausted from work they hate. The reason you get bored on vacation after a week is that you are meant to move, pursue something exciting, and engage your body and mind in something useful. Do whatever it takes to find work that energizes you. It may take years, but it will have the most meaningful effect on your quality of life.
Web3 and Remote workers, please how do you do it?
How to you manage making replies, joining spaces, job hunting, networking, making quality posts and balancing real life?
I just ended my 6 weeks internship and I am so exhausted.
I wanted to sleep in today, but when I remember the industry I'm in, I'm here again.
But please, qrt
How do you balance everything?
Some of us need to know your secret.
The one thing I really dislike is tax, it's so easy to talk about tax when it is not your money that keeps disappearing.
And now I get why @lechriss17 keeps talking about @Nexo .
Sometimes, I can have crypto but still not want to sell it.
Maybe I need money for an emergency,
Maybe a business opportunity comes up, and I need capital to act on it.
Imagine having to sell an asset you believe will be worth more in the future just because you need money to handle something immediately.
And if that sale triggers capital gains tax, it's even worse.
We shouldn't always have to choose between accessing money today and keeping an investment we're not ready to sell.
And that's why I really rate Nexo offers with its Credit Line.
It doesn't end with a crypto card, if you're eligible, you get the choice of making borrows and saving taxes.
It's a win situation all round.

~ Repurpose other people's content.
~ Steal like an artist ๐๐
If you're a content creator, I have a question for you
How do you come up with content ideas?
Cause bro, coming up with valuable content every single day is hard af
Sometimes you sit for hours and get nothing
But sometimes the best ideas come when you're not even trying
For me, it's usually when I'm taking a hot shower
Where do YOUR ideas come from?
If you've been using ChatGPT but still feel like you're not getting enough value from it, you need to see this๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
There's a difference between simply using ChatGPT and knowing how to use it effectively.
I found a short YouTube course that teaches you how to use ChatGPT like a pro.

Please forgive the spellings, but I need you to read this.
I'm an Education student, and at the end of each year, we go for teaching internships.
This is my first time going for one, and everyone kept telling me it would be stressful and how much I'd suffer.
But I kept reaffirming to myself that I wasn't going to be stressed out by it.
In fact, it was going to be FUN.
I made up my mind that my experience would be different from what everyone else expected.
Today is my final day, and yesterday, I received this letter from one of the children I taught.
Children from three different classes have been begging me not to leave them behind. ๐ฅน
That I've been the best teacher, they've ever met.
And one of them even wrote me that letter.
It's the same internship everyone kept saying bad stuff about, and yet I was having fun and making memories with these children.
Now here's what I want you to take away from this:
Even when everyone around you is convinced that something won't work out for you, don't let their expectations become your reality.
Your environment might want to influence you, but it's your responsibility to see the very best in everything and stand your ground.
Your mind and words are your most important weapons.
