Yet another dreadful experience using @British_Airways.
Only last month had 2 flights cancelled without explanation.
Today more system faults meaning no tickets issued. 50 mins on phone only to be cut off by agent. 1hr later still no confirmation email.
Never using BA again.
This new book by Matthias Reich arrived recently.
Immediate response is that I really like the structure, interior design and layout.
I fully expect it to be a rewarding read. Will be reviewing in full on The Real Japan soon!
🏆 The Real Japan has won 2 more awards:
Most Innovative Japan Travel Consultancy 2026
Best Cultural Immersion Japanese Travel Specialist 2026 (LUXlife Awards) - our 5th in 18 months.

One of the profound readings I've come across back when learning 日本語 and all things Japan during pandemic
Find it metaphoric that for them to be able to see what normal people can't, could come at the expense of them losing what normal people see

I think it was at King's Cross station in the tunnel towards the Victoria Line.
I'm impressed you're coming from Japan to watch the sumo!

Hello!
Could you please tell me which station you found it at?
I’m coming from Japan to see the sumo!
Looking forward to seeing these guys in the ring tonight for the first day of the 2025 London Sumo Tournament at @RoyalAlbertHall! #sumowrestler #sumolondon
Next week I'll be watching sumo at the Royal Albert Hall in London. Should be pretty terrific!
Tickets went on sale when I was in Japan earlier this year, so had to juggle the time difference to book our seats as soon as they went on sale.
Nice poster on the underground #sumo
