That Sam Bennett kid seemed kinda good at hockey. Jayce was also pretty good.

If you’d told me after Canada lost 2–0 to Congo in the freezing rain in Edmonton in 2007, with emergency goalie @JonoBourgault finishing the match, that @CanadaSoccerEN would be in the World Cup Round of 16, I’d have said you were crazy. What a journey. 🇨🇦⚽

Call it “soft as fuck” if you want but one thing the World Cup always seems to do, almost as soon as it begins, is remind you that you’ll likely enjoy your life a LOT more if you welcome people in and try to have a laugh rather than being consistently aggy.
He’s having a nice little Saturday afternoon finally enjoying Jays baseball again. Put Jeff Hoffman out there for the 9th inning.

A bad coach tears people down. An average coach focuses only on results. A good coach teaches skills and systems. A great coach builds confidence and trust. An exceptional coach helps people believe in themselves at a higher level. And the best coaches impact lives long after the scoreboard stops mattering.

Stew asked me in chemistry class for my list. I said I’d need to think about it. After much contemplation:
1. Disarm
2. 0
3. TT
4. Today
5. BwBW
Sorry 1979.
Honestly.
Always great when former team members reach out. Had lunch with Isabella today. She was part of the Clippers crew before having to move away. Grateful for the reminder that good leadership sticks with people.
