Let me share you guys a thread of my Beep Card Collection. So nagresearch ako ng possible number of Beep card designs in existence and so far, there's about 220+ and counting. So here's what I collected so far and will continue to add more when I get a new one. Let's start with Beep Card No. 1 and No. 2. Nabili ko sila sa booth ng DFA sa BEACON (Blue Economy Annual Trade & Conference) Expo 2026 at SMX Convention Center last September. Merong two designs namely "Paninindigan sa Alon ng Pamana" and "Pawikan in Bloom II". The feature artworks is made by Mary Joy Anne C. Tuaño. I also got the chance to meet her and asked questions about the designs. As per Beep Card post, "These limited edition Beep Cards is to mark the 10th Year Anniversary of the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award. This collaboration aims to raise awareness by bringing maritime advocacy closer to Filipinos through and everyday, practical, and accessible medium - The beep card." "Paninindigan sa Alon ng Pamana" - Like the fisherman who stands firm against the waves,the Filipino does not back down. Karapatan sa Karagatan, Sama-sama nating Lagaan - our seas are our birthright and ours to defend. "Pawikan in Bloom II" - Like the endangered pawikan crossing vast waters, the Filipino endures. Karapatan sa Karagatan, Sama-sama nating Lagaan - our seas are ours to defend and ours to protect. If I remember correctly, they only released 150 pieces for each design and na soldout agad sya sa first day pa lang ng event. The good news is magiging available din sya sa Beep official online stores. I really love the design and how meaningful it is para sa ating mga Filipino. After the event, pinaloadan ko sya and napatanong pa yung teller kung sticker ba sya kasi ang ganda daw nya. Pati yung nakasunod sa pila, napatanong din kung san ko sya nabili. ❤️
