The Hawk Fire: Aviation continues to work the fire with retardant drops from tankers and bucket work from helicopters. The fire is outside Somersett and visible from Reno.
Night capable helicopters have been requested. The head of the fire remains active, with evacuation orders ongoing. Last estimated at 3,000 acres, but has grown since.

USAF F-16s SURF31 & 32 scrambled from March ARB, CA, early this morning (Pacific Time) to identify and intercept an “unidentified object” heading northeast in the upper flight levels over Northern California. A civilian cargo aircraft was able to visually confirm the object “glowing and dimming” before the F-16s arrived on station.
USAF KC-135R GASMN03 provided tanker support.
In June 2005, more than sixty federal firefighters were deployed to suppress a wildfire burning on the Nevada Test Site in a basin contaminated by two decades of nuclear rocket engine testing without radiological briefing, without respiratory protection, and without the institutional safeguards that should have protected them.
Only one man, our crew captain, had the foresight to document the exposure. He filed Occupational Exposure Forms for all thirty-two members of our crew. He died of cancer years later. The Forest Service has never followed up.
I was one of those thirty-two.
I wrote this article because silence is the mechanism of institutional erasure. You don't need a conspiracy. You don't need a cover-up. You just need silence and the passage of time.
Since publication, corroborating witnesses from a second crew on the same fire have come forward with details that escalate the story significantly, acute symptoms on the fireline, selective decontamination by the DOE, and radioactive areas deliberately withheld from our operational maps.
Veterans of earlier fires on contaminated federal land are reporting the same pattern: deployment without adequate protection, no follow-up, and an extraordinary number of their peers dying from cancer.
This is Version 2.0 of The Atomic Fire. It reflects what we've learned.
If you're a fire leader, read this and ask yourself what you would document. If you're a firefighter, read this and ask yourself what you're breathing. If you know someone who was on a fire at the Nevada Test Site, Los Alamos, or any other contaminated federal facility: I want to hear from them.

Here’s How: California leverages their homeless crisis to funnel billions of federal dollars into the state to help homeless Americans. But Whistleblowers tell us +60% of the ‘homeless services’ are actually going to criminal aliens. These illegals live rent-free in long term homeless housing, drive luxury cars and live lavish lifestyles. The shelters guard the criminal aliens from ICE deportations.
But why pack your state with homeless illegals? One word: Power.
California population loss is set to cost the state major electoral votes in the next election. The only remedy is to pack more bodies into the state ahead of the 2030 census. The census counts persons, not citizens. The federally funded ‘free homeless services’ act as magnets for criminal aliens who fraudulently inflate population numbers. There are 2.5 million illegals in California alone.
Finally, California makes it a criminal act to conduct citizenship tests at the shelters, hospitals or the voting booth — and now the fraud is complete.
California leaders are trafficking in human misery, intentionally destroying the once great state for power — and using federal tax dollars to do it.
This must be stopped. Now.
