Having a rapidly deployable launch system and offshore launch capability is also a solution. So far only two companies have demonstrated those capabilities recently but separately @Astra and @TheSpaceportCo. If they want to increase security this is where investments should go.
Satellites can be replaced quickly—but not if the launch site is targeted first. In a recent episode of HTK with Kari Bingen and @heatherwilly, @tomkarako explained why real space resilience means defending launch infrastructure, not just replacing what's already gone.

Our summer internship is a wrap! Hrsh Shah spent the summer working alongside our team, taking his project from concept through development and testing. Naturally, we had to send him off 90s style. Here’s a look back at his summer with TSC, Saved by the Bell edition.

Sea trials complete on next-gen attritable USV missile platform. Low-cost, high-capacity fires — inspired by the Navy’s attritable unmanned surface vessel (LUSV) concept. Missile-agnostic payload bay. Container-transportable for rapid CONUS-to-theater deployment. Optimized for distributed maritime operations (DMO) in austere/expeditionary environments. Combat-relevant now for short/medium-range c-UAS in the littorals — scalable to Mk 41 VLS for long-range strike. This is a sneak-preview video, we'll have much more to share in the coming weeks on this exciting new capability.

Interesting. Aerospace Corporation writes re: super heavy launchers: "...increased size may cause launch prices, on a per kilogram basis, to go up rather than down." Study argues bigger launch vehicles may not always be better - SpaceNews
