One of many from this weekend. When Joy has a vertical lob threat like '27 Dante Otite, it's a fun watch.

2027 @AOAHoops PG Diego Joy needs to be on D1 radars. Brings fantastic balance as a floor general. 6'1" southpaw can make bigs pay in drop coverage on PnR's, operates w/ pace & makes lobs, pocket passes or weakside skips off the live bounce look so routine.

HC Logan Miller of @Highland_Hoops took down 7 players to Border League East they’ve been dominant through the first two days. Typical production outta guys like ‘27 Jordan Hunter, ‘27 Amani Asare & ‘29 Brayden Ragland. But I’ve really liked the loud spurts from ‘27 Jamison Ross & ‘28 Jayden Banks. Banks making great decisions as a setup guy while knocking down open jumpers from deep at 6’6” Ross is abusing the rim anytime he has a path for takeoff on lobs or off the bounce.

Sitting here thinking (totally normal) on a Friday afternoon...Is Rutgers commit Brandon Woodard’s comp Tobi Lawal? 🤔

An absolute POSTER from 2028 @MtZionPrep Mikey Matthews after skying for a defensive rebound, leading the break and seeing one of the best dunks we'll see all season. Recent offers from Georgetown, Maryland, Mississippi State, Pitt, Seton Hall & La Salle. You see why.

2027 @MeadeBasketball & @TTOBasketball PG Keon Scott has received an offer from North Texas.

2028 Calvert Hall & @TeamMe7oEYBL wing Billy Stanfield III has received an offer from UTEP, per source. He was offered by USC earlier today.

2027 @SJCBoysHoops/@teamdurant_AAU CG Jymin Veney has committed to Old Dominion. HC Mike Jones makes a splash in the league that helped mold him as he snags the No. 5 overall prospect in the @PrepHoopsMD 2027 rankings. Veney is a 6’4” CG w/ positional size, scores it efficiently inside the arc & will be a value add defensively w/ his versatility + instincts.

2028 @BrewsterHoops G Kelvin ‘Pop’ Anderson has received an offer from Ole Miss, per source.

2027 @MeadeBasketball PG Keon Scott has received an offer from La Salle.

Fun battle that lived up to the billing between CATS Academy/Bonner. The way '27 Korey Francis (Rutgers) can take over a game in crunch time and will his to a team is always impressive. Big time plays from '27 Kam Jackson (Merrimack) as well to get the 64-61 win. @TheSuperService | @bpfriarshoops

This CATS Academy team has plenty of talent throughout the roster, but I think 2028 🇩🇪 Fynn Reick can be the ultimate needle-mover w/ his threat as a floor spacer. 6’7” w/ a super quick trigger, compact mechanics & the confidence to hit a handful of 3s on any given night. Value on this team w/ so many guys who can get into the paint & collapse the defense.

Great pickup for Marquette in 7’1” Akol Nyok. Impressive progressions in the last 2-3 years w/ his overall skillset. Disrupting presence around the rim on both ends & a ton of value as a lob-catcher, as he’s shown over the last year. @TheSuperService

Team Thrill UAA Co-Founder & Program Director Donnell "Mookie" Dobbins will be exploring a new role with the Minnesota Timberwolves & its NBA G-League Affiliate, the Iowa Wolves, I’m told. He’ll continue leadership responsibilities for the national powerhouse non-profit.

Productive day for 2030 KJ Worsley (@KJWorsley24) as he prepares for his freshman season at @ASHSCavaliers. Driller from beyond the arc who does a great job of finding the corners in transition & sticking his follow through. Hints of on-ball potential throughout the day & mindfulness of being at the right spot at the right time defensively, which usually isn't the case with freshman. More on Worsley & a handful of impressive freshmen in the tweet below.

Will have preseason coverage kicking off on @PrepHoopsMD in the coming weeks, but my breakout player in the Baltimore County Public School landscape is 2028 Emmanuel Cham. 6'5", + wingspan, light on his feet & a highlight finisher in transition. To add, this sequence shows the shooting touch & ground he can cover defensively. 22.5PPG at @TheChallenge___

2027 @SpringdaleMBB wing Joel Kabugi with the poster of the weekend at @TheChallenge___ over an opposing 6’9” big. Uber athletic with a college-ready frame. Chances are you’ll see a handful of clips like this throughout your timelines this season from Kabugi.
