Please sign this & give these women their voice
If we keep sweeping things under the carpet then we never get to the point of actually acknowledging & cleaning up the mess. Or stop all of the mental suffering that comes as a result of being silenced.
We can make a difference

Shocking, scary and these kind of stats are far too common. The combined detrimental impact for women of all of the different biases in healthcare is colossal.
If only everyone took this as seriously as @WEP_UK

Excellent newsletter from @CCriadoPerez. Both human and shockingly informative. With all the Covid and gender bias crap we are dealing with, we need to at least know that we are not alone. Thank you!

Just discovered that a reason 'society' perceives thinness as the ideal, a sign of intelligence & status, comes from wealthy men showing off that they could afford to have weak wives, too weak to contribute to the household themselves. WTF
Every day is a misogyny school day
This is not a world that we want to live in.
We shouldn’t underestimate the impact that this news has on women and others who are affected 💔
“Coercive pro-natalism is not simply a manifestation of patriarchy or misogyny but can be a product of political and economic forces entirely indifferent to women, for whom they exist simply as productive or non-productive wombs.” 🤢😢

🤬 😩 😞 for sure. So much work to do!
Half the men in this report believe that men and women are already treated equally
and
26% think men and women aren't supposed to be equal

There are so many areas within the NHS where racial and gender bias exists. Not just the devices. Black women are 4 times more likely to die during childbirth, compared to white women. It shouldn’t have taken the pandemic to realise something is very wrong

Some things are more important than your job!
Trans people have to fight for their very basic human rights and a brand as powerful as Netflix should not knowingly do anything to make this worse.
Well done to anyone at Netflix who is prepared to walkout over their beliefs. This should happen more often. Full credit to you.
