There is a reason why $ASST is trading at a higher premium.
The market knows it is the fastest horse.

$MSTR vs $ASST and some things to keep in mind:
1. Institutional allocation constraints: Large institutions operate under concentration limits, risk mandates, and portfolio construction rules. A 3% allocation can represent an enormous amount of capital when applied across institutional portfolios.
2. An entirely new asset class is emerging: Digital credit is still in its infancy. Strategy (MSTR) pioneered the corporate Bitcoin treasury model, effectively creating a new way for public-market investors to obtain Bitcoin exposure through corporate capital markets.
3. First-mover advantages matter: Strive (ASST) is positioning itself within that emerging market. Its preferred securities, capital structure, and dividend products are competing for a market that barely existed a few years ago. Its daily dividend-paying preferred product is also a notable innovation.
The mistake is evaluating these companies exclusively through today's multiples, premiums, yields, and balance sheets without considering the potential size of the market they're creating.
If digital credit becomes an established institutional allocation category, even relatively small portfolio allocations could translate into extraordinary demand.
@ColeMacro touched on this in a recent pod on @HurdleRatePod.

Probably nothing.
“As part of its overall investment strategy, the Company is evaluating various opportunities to leverage its balance sheet, including banking, brokerage, decentralized finance, reinsurance, structured ABS, and tokenization, among other opportunities, taking into account underwriting conditions, tax implications, regulatory considerations, alignment with its broader investment objectives, and other relevant factors.”

JUST IN: $15 Trillion BlackRock's preferred stock ETF $PFF just disclosed it bought 412,353 shares ($38.8 million) of #Bitcoin treasury company Strive's $SATS for the first time.
World's largest asset manager makes its first move into the highest-dividend-paying digital credit ever. 👀🔥
Just finished looking through $ASST's Q3 filings.
One thing I want to highlight is that the cash on the balance sheet, including the dividend reserve, isn't dead money.
~$490M of cash plus $50M of STRC should earn around $25M a year, covering a third of the company's running cost.
The cash needs to be there anyway and it will keep growing. That means the interest from it will too.
It'll be nice to reach the point where interest alone covers the company's entire operating cost.
Just something I've been watching.
Cant believe they let us get another bite at the apple in the teens again! Had to snag some $ASST
Quite the drawdown recently but funny enough this buy today is still above my overall cost basis by a good margin. I continue buying more shares weekly since March, averaging up. Nothing stops this train 🚂
Woah wtf happened?

This may be the most bullish post anyone has made about $ASST or $MSTR yet. Let's talk Trillions.
I was listening to @PunterJeff talk on @TNorth about making an investment grade product using unrated digital credit. He mentioned the rating comes from the structure, not the underlying products.
Enter $DCAP the ETF that nobody talks about or pays attention to in the least. It doesn't need to apply for a standard corporate credit rating, it applies for a Fund Credit Quality Rating (FCQR).
Because the funds inside of it are unrated, a rating agency will not just stamp it with an investment grade. So, @Strive manufactures the credit rating using a fund wrapper.
They anchor the funds with U.S. Treasuries and wrap them with protective put options.
The rating agencies rate the structure. So once $DCAP's options and treasury buffers prove they can keep the funds NAV perfectly flat, the agencies stamp the fund itself as investment grade.
This isn't fast, this is an 18 to 24 month process from launch, but the clock is already ticking.
Once an investment grade gets slapped on it then all of the sudden $SATA, $SATS, $STRC, $STRK, and $STRD all have access to a $150 trillion dollar market.
That's 100 times larger than bitcoins entire market cap for those of us keeping score.
@ColeMacro knows exactly what type of mandates institutional fund managers have and exactly what type of products they wish they had access to. Desks with standard allocation sizes of $50 to $100 million are going to snatch up an 11.5% investment grade product by the armload.
This is the end game. The largest pool of capital on the planet and they already have the tool built.

Bitcoin is the hurdle rate at Strive. We believe our Bitcoin Yield is the primary driver of $ASST outperformance over $BTC this year. Now with both $SATA and $SATS, Strive has never been better positioned to deliver long-term returns above Bitcoin for our common shareholders.
