Totally agree with this take. Either Trump was disillusioned with the market strength or thought he could tame it. Now he steps into midterms in the worse position possible; A never ending war, the AI revolution destroyed, Crypto destroyed, inflation soaring, diesel soaring, tariffs in no mans land, enemies everywhere & an embarrasing loss to follow. He genuinely ruined one of the easiest market setups in decades!! $SPY $QQQ

Markets seem tired, tired of the uncertainty. They gave major RS and resiliency for months on end, but instead of seeing it like some temporary goodwill, it was taken by POTUS as a sign that he was doing everything right. The rubberband broke, with all that goodwill coming in due. The market is tired of the lies. We are now experiencing the market showing the admin enough is enough. We had the biggest technological revolution of all times, a strong economy and everything lined up for a massive republican win. Instead they abused markets, abused the economy and now there is absolutely nothing to show for it. People are struggling, all promises were broken, allies are gone, the AI theme is tanking....

$SNDK $MU Kioxia forecasts only 1% QoQ growth at 80% op margins. That’s negative growth in real numbers. bulls say this is due to no new supply coming online next quarter, but the narrative will be this is exactly what cycle peak looks like.

Im not sure which is worse ; $SNDK -12% today & -32% within the last month on earnings beats / raises or; $COHR -13% for no reason at all. It was 240 before the Lumentum deal was announced. Now its at 205 😵‍💫 Wtf type of leverage are you animals using?

I just do not believe this. There is no way in hell $LITE shareholders will sell their holdings for 1000$ or less. Just no way.

CNBC's David Faber reports that Marvell $MRVL's potential acquisition of Lumentum $LITE is expected to be an all-stock deal, with no significant takeover premium. The two companies have reportedly largely agreed on valuation, and a deal could be announced as soon as next week.

Reported breakdown: • Bitcoin: $1.45B • USDT: $1.57B • Ethereum: $875M • USDC: $823M • TRX: $234M • RLUSD: $88.5M • WBETH: $75M • XAUT: $50M • Other cryptocurrencies: $447.5M+ Tether and Circle have frozen over $2.3B in stablecoins linked to the incident. Lumentum’s original January 2021 agreement to acquire Coherent offered a 49% premium to $COHR previous closing share price, in a proposed $5.7 billion cash-and-stock transaction. So what could the $MRVL offer be. Could we see a 1300$ per share offer 😵
