Fixed the Pallette cycling to sell the track movement more and added a median with collission!

what would a snowboarding game be without grind rails? We now have grind rails!

Got the median working. Next ill add collission for it. Also think im going to use bank switching instead of the current pallette cycle as I dont think the current pallette cycle sells the motion of a moving a track.
