Cody Overton and Tyler Erb led the field to green, with Overton looking to make it back to back victories! Erb jumped out to the early lead while Nick Hoffman wasted no time making moves. Hoffman worked around Tim McCreadie and Mike Marlar for sixth, while McCreadie passed Marlar for seventh. The first caution brought the field back together! 🟢 BACK TO GREEN! Erb led the restart with Overton right on his bumper! Overton found speed and began closing the gap. Erb switched racing lines and pulled away slightly, but Overton wasn’t going anywhere! Just laps later, Overton was banging the cushion when the two made contact entering Turn 1! Erb suffered damage and slipped to second. Meanwhile, Davenport threw a slider on Ryan Gustin but couldn’t make it stick! 🚨 TROUBLE FOR CODY OVERTON! Overton slammed the outside wall, bringing out another caution! His hopes of going back-to-back ended as he headed to the hauler. Erb inherited the lead, with Gustin and Davenport ready to battle! On the restart, Erb held the top spot while Hoffman moved into fourth. But Davenport had other plans!
