Who doesn't want to be able to eat lots of food while staying lean and being full of energy and life?
Having a super high metabolism is exactly my goal.
If it's going to take some time off my life (debatable), I'm okay with that. I'd rather live less years to the fullest.
I went from being fat to being lean while eating significantly MORE calories and doing everything possible to increase my metabolism.
Never felt better.

Get stressed out over the holidays? ...
Sing / hum Christmas songs everywhere you go.
I'm not much of a singer, but from now until January 1st ill be singing or humming. Why? I like it, it makes me happy AND singing / humming activates the vagus nerve.
(Yeah, i'm that guy in the grocery store bugging you with my Christmas cheer before Thanksgiving even comes)
Vagus nerve stimulation:
Reduces anxiety and stress – Helps regulate the body's stress response and promotes relaxation.
Lowers heart rate – Supports parasympathetic activity and cardiovascular regulation.
Improves mood – May help reduce depressive symptoms and improve emotional regulation.
Reduces inflammation – Activates neural pathways involved in controlling inflammatory responses.
Improves digestion – Supports gut motility and communication between the brain and digestive system.
So, want to be chill this holiday season? Get into the spirit by singing jingle bells or humming Good King Wenceslas. If the act itself doesn't put you in a cheery mood, your vagus nerve will.
I dont know half the words to most Christmas songs so I make half of them up most the time. Still works.
Want to experience a different kind of freedom? Take a walk - without your phone.
Nobody can demand your attention. There's nothing to check, nothing to respond to, and no expectation that you're available.
For a little while, you're completely disconnected from the digital world.
There's something incredibly freeing about being unreachable.
When you hate your situation enough, you'll find the will to change it.
Or you can go to therapy to learn how to live with it.
PSA on Rhodiola :
I've been researching and experimenting with rhodiola for the past few months. Recent bloodwork shows hemoglobin, hematocrit and rbc count are higher than normal high caused by trt. All else equal. I've come to the conclusion, and Claude agrees with me, that rhodiola may be blood building. Probably not ideal for someone with already high numbers from TRT or possibly elevation.
Side experiment with my wife showed similar findings though she is not on HRT.
Rhodiola is know for its performance / endurance boosting effect. Blood building is the likely mechanism here.
I'm seeing similar findings with both rosea and crenulata strains.
Sugar activates my luck.
Something about carbs, especially fruit / sugar, turns on my antenna, allowing me to better connect with the universe / God / Energy.
Sugar maxxing for me =
-More synchronicities
-Heightened intuition
-Greater sense of connection
-More creativity and abstract thinking
-Increased optimism
-A stronger sense of purpose
-Feeling more in tune with the world around me
It's like turning up the signal on a radio. Everything just feels more connected.
To put it simply, Sugar activates my luck.
My theory is that energy attracts energy. The higher I can push my energy, the easier it is for me to connect with the energy around me.
For dry hands in winter I use coconut oil pre handwashing. Get the liquid coconut oil and put it in a pump soap dispenser. Everytime you wash your hands, first get a pump of coconut oil and rub it in. Then, wash as normal. You'll be left with clean moisturized hands.
I'll get some hate for this but...
I would train at an all male gym.
I don't need the distraction or the temptation. I don't need to see T&A &P while I'm trying to train.
Im there to get more jacked. Not stare at girls.
Sol Brah disrespecting the Randle cycle as hard as possible. Probably 300-400g of both fat and carbs here, consumed together, along with probably 200ish grams of protein.
