You would think that a Premier would listen and abide by the opinions shared in the referendum she created and imposed on Albertans:

Question #8
We just voted against this.
You cannot ever trust one damn word that @ABDanielleSmith says. EVER. @UCPCaucus
"The UCP government will press ahead with its plan to opt out of federal dental and drug benefit programs in favour of its own made-in-Alberta approach, even though voters rejected a similar strategy in last week's referendum."

Alberta separatists are increasingly convinced the referendum was rigged.
Their solution? Hold another vote, this time without government involvement, with GPS-tracked ballots and "whiter" rules about who qualifies as an Albertan.

Bill 35 is a MASSIVE distraction from an unpopular UCP failing public education
The "Teacher Snitch Line" does ZERO to fix exploding class sizes or complexity. It’s meant to destroy public trust
Fund our schools
Protect our province
Leave the separatist agenda behind
Parents deserve clear, consistent information about their child’s education and confidence that their concerns will be heard.
That’s why we’re introducing Bill 35. If passed, these changes would establish provincial standards for report cards, require greater transparency about how PD and other non-instructional days are used, and require school boards to have processes for addressing parental concerns that remain unresolved. We also plan to develop an online tool to help families navigate concerns.
These changes are about strengthening transparency, accountability and parental involvement across Alberta’s education system.

War is the most environmentally destructive endeavour known to humanity.
Four supertankers are on fire in the Strait of Hormuz right now, and Iran's IRGC says the four oil tankers struck naval mines after straying onto routes it calls UNAUTHORIZED, ignoring its navy's radio warnings.
Two were carrying around 2 million barrels of crude each, and Oman has pulled 25 crew off one burning vessel.
The mine story is Iran's account for now, because the flags and owners are still unconfirmed and Washington insists the "strait is open" with "no IRGC presence" in the water.
But the word Iran chose is deliberate, because calling a shipping lane "unauthorized" is a claim to decide who may cross the strait at all, and that is a far bigger assertion than any single explosion.
Iran is doing something quieter than a blockade as I have warned since the MOU was signed.
Iran is building a "permission regime" where every tanker has to coordinate with the IRGC BEFORE crossing, and the mines enforce it while letting Tehran deny it ever fired a shot.
And the message points straight at Washington, which has spent weeks insisting the lane is open and the Guard is gone from it.
Four burning hulls answer that in action 24 hours after CENTCOM released a video saying the Strait is Open and that there was no Iranian presence in the waters, Iran answered this message now, because control of a strait belongs to whoever can close it and whoever can scare ships, not to whoever declares it open.
After this, no underwriter prices Hormuz as open water again, and shipping either coordinates with the IRGC or it does not move, which is the exact control Iran wanted and the opposite of what the market was promised.
