I don't think developers talk enough about communication.
You can be technically brilliant, but if you cannot explain your decisions, understand requirements or communicate with your team, you'll struggle.
Coding is important.
Communication is important too.

Dear client, unless you already have a large audience or an established business, that website you want to build won’t magically start making you money.
You actually have to drive traffic to it.
Invest in good SEO, market your business, talk about it consistently, and run ads if you can afford to.
Look at Alibaba, SHEIN and other successful online businesses. Do you think they became that big simply by launching a website?
A website is just the foundation. Getting people to visit it and convincing them to buy is a whole different job.

Before paying a developer to build your website, figure out who your customers are, how they’ll discover your business, and what you want them to do when they visit.
Set aside a budget for marketing, not just development.
Don’t spend all your money building a website and then start wondering why nobody is visiting it.
