From a customer service perspective Starlux is so much better than Eva Air. They are like polar opposites. Eva is quickly being added to my airlines to avoid list. Operationally they are good. Customer service wise, very awful.

I went to Staples to a computer desk. The furniture section is gone and replaced with livestock feeding troughs full of flea market junk. This looks hideous. Walk me thru the decision process to damage a store image like this. Employees are still amazing BTW.

My had a reservation for in Tampa. My wife got there early. I called ahead to confirm my wife could check in. They didnt let her. Called your customer service. No help. Had to book a $600 room at a different property. So many years with you. Unacceptable.
