Skarloey when he first arrived on Sodor.
ALT An image of the Wharf but with Peter Sam and Duncan being replaced by a Neilson box tank engine in S&M green with the Number 2 and a modified Edward face to resemble Neil, with a flabed and a crane carrying Skarloey, who's cabless, has blue lining, a brass dome, a brass ring around his funnel and their reflections can be seen in the water.

"Diesel, thinking he could get away with his bad behavior, was ruder than ever.
Next day, he was shunting trucks full of china clay. He banged the trucks hard into the buffers, but the buffers weren't secure.
The silly trucks were sunk."

"Big balloons make my boiler bubble, Thomas!" 🎈
I modeled the infamous big balloon load from "Up, Up and Away!" for an upcoming video. 🤭

Brought a smile on my face. Hands down, my favorite moment of the special, I was not expecting such a classic coded opening.

There's an animation error where Rosie couples to Thomas instead of Gordon's tender....this is officially unwatchable

It's officially Thomas & Friends: Railway Stories Day! So I added some classic karaoke lyrics to the show's new intro. 🚂 🎵 ☁️

Something I don't see ppl talk about enough are the parallels between Thomas & Gordon in this story.
Gordon is just as if not more apprehensive on letting others help him which rubs off on Thomas. It's written very well, and makes the Older Gordon/Younger Thomas dynamic work!!

Let’s talk about the writing of “Really Helpful Engines”
I don’t have super high hopes for this new show. And it’s not bc of the animation, it’s bc of the way it’s written
It’s clear that Thomas has lost its edge. Not much banter, no real conflict, and everyone’s too nice to-

That was actually pretty fun. A solid start to the new series! 💙✨
