It’s today! #Mermedusa, the final book in my Eerie-on-Series about friendship, fish & chips, and fiendish goings-on at the seaside is published! If you read Malamander and were left with questions, this might just be the book for you…😉🧜🏼♂️😸

One of my students, who is a reluctant reader, is thoroughly enjoying Malamander at the moment; she is really enjoying putting on the characters’ voices & acting it out.
She would be delighted if you could answer some questions. See below:

Honestly wish I could visit Eerie-on-Sea this half term. Until someone builds a replica I'll carry on reading this brilliant series of books. @ThomasHTaylor

Tonight is the vigil of the Feast of the Translation of St Walburga, an English nun who took part in the conversion of Germany with St Boniface, and was the first Abbess of Heidenheim; her relics famously exuded a miraculous oil #Walpurgisnacht
Thank you @FireflyPress and Eloise Williams for this proof. I’m excited to head back to 1970s Wales, because I was actually there!
The actual Malamander has been sighted at Lawnswood School!
Our #CommunityRead this year was 'Malamander' by Thomas Taylor - this book was read to every student in Y7 - 10 throughout the week. Thank you to @ThomasHTaylor, the author, who sent us a video message & Mr Hearn, who surprised us as the Malamander yesterday! #WorldBookDay2026
Wonderful! An exciting moment captured in Lego — the toy that runs on imagination.
Y7 Lego Club have built the Malamander fight scene & the Malamander swimming in the water - they were inspired by our #communityread of 'Malamander' by Thomas Taylor. @ThomasHTaylor #ReadingMatters #LawnswoodBookWeek
