That saying works. I have been away from X for long, on my return I had to Google steps to do some basic revisions. How many social media accounts do you manager?

Show off your colours to kick-start the weekend. As always, we eat first with our eyes before we taste.

What's for dinner tonight? If you've ever moved from the place you were born, to a different locality or country, what new foods have you introduced to your cultural menu? Here's mine. Give it a name.

Yes, the one-dish meal came out yummy, balanced and attractive. Did you watch me demonstrate the step-by-step process on YT?

Let's get cooking, starting in the next 50 minutes on YT

Here's how to know my weekend is around the corner. I soaked these beauties today to admire them until Saturday when they'll become a delicacy. Who is ready to watch me then, as I cook?

Congrats. Togo, you've made up proud. Now the ball is in Africa's court, to prove our worth.
164 votes in favour! 🌍🗺️ This is an emotional day for me. After making this case in three books and countless contributions over many years, the world has finally agreed: Africa must be seen in its true size. We did it! ✊🏾🎉 #CorrectTheMap @SelmaHaddadi @rdussey #Togo @_AfricanUnion @africanofilter @mokymakura bbc.com/news/articles/ce30vp…

Which one food item would you remove, why that choice?

Here's how my lifestyle changed after 31 days. It started at the end of July when I read a message from @DedayoRoots on a month long 8:16 fasting challenge. August 1, I started after telling I could stop anytime. Day 1 turned into 2, then 3, and then the day long energy set in, followed by getting used to my new routine. Today is day 34 and I no longer think of why I am eating two heavy meals within an 8 hour and sometimes 4 hour eating window. I love the constant flow of energy I have through each day. Stay tuned for a video where I talk about the experience: what I ate, how I felt, and lessons learned. The fasting experience has helped me start my ongoing challenge on Strength Building. Have you ever participated in a month long challenge? What was your experience?

Does this happen? My X handle changed on its own! Saw someone responding to me and wondered why I was seeing a response not to me. Then I saw the strange handle. I've removed the strange one.

How do you cover your gourd when there are no dry maize cobs nearby? I have been fermenting milk in a plastic container, until I looked at my house deco and remembered that gourds were grown for a reason. Help me solve this small lacking, how to cover the gourd.

How did you break your 16-hour fasting today? Here's mine, a plateful with 8 different types of food items. Yummy
