More public spaces with color! Yesterday along with @MRodCD7 and @TiaChucha, we celebrated new decorative crosswalks in Sylmar. These decorative crosswalks provide both aesthetic improvements and high visibility to the crosswalk for safe movement for pedestrians.

Yesterday, I joined students from Social Justice Humanitas HS at @TiaChucha for their ‘We Are America’ book launch. The book is a collection of NE San Fernando Valley students’ stories. Thank you to Mr. Fernando Lopez, the teacher that made this happen!
