Something that would improve consumer law: any subscription you can sign up to online, you should be able to cancel online. I'm fed up with call centres that keep me on hold, only to be faced with someone trying to negotiate with me rather than doing as I ask. @deandunham

Anyone interested in the cost of #webcast #music #licences (#radio) can check out my spreadsheet. In short, at about 40 listeners, it's cheaper to simulcast on local #dab and according to #rajar, a local ILR would be paying £300k pa if charged similarly. docs.google.com/spreadsheets…

BT made £1.3bn, gave £750m to shareholders and the CEO got £3.5m. We have members using foodbanks. Today BT announced £400m profit for 1/4 year. Tomorrow our members strike for the first time since 1987 and have been subjected to extreme intimidation. RT if you back them.
