Vice President @KamalaHarris calls for 13 justices on the Supreme Court, and more:
"We should expand the Supreme Court. We have 13 circuit courts; let's have 13 justices. I am advocating that if the people there want it, we should be fighting for statehood for DC and Puerto Rico. I think we really need to critically re-examine the Electoral College."

Please don't be confused and think this means our elections are in jeopardy. They are not. Voting machines don't connect to the internet. Don't become a victim of disinformation.
BREAKING: A hacker is attempting to breach the US Federal Election Commission's systems and that agency has had to 'temporarily shut down' its web-facing services as a result, according to an email seen by Reuters reut.rs/4imQyUu
Dear @AGToddBlanche: Republicans failed to do basic oversight over your abuse of power. That failure ends 11/3.
Your unethical and illegal conduct, as well as your enablers, will be shown to the American people and to relevant current and future authorities.
November is coming.
Federal grand juries approve 99.9% of indictments. The Trump admin has failed with:
Cassidy Hutchinson
Letitia James
Sens. Mark Kelly & Elissa Slotkin
Reps. Jason Crow, Chrissy Houlahan, Chris Deluzio, Maggie Goodlander
Sean Dunn
Sidney Reid (three times)
Nathalie Jones
I could go on. Whatever your politics, it’s not a great look.

Every Texas bar has that one guy.
He’s loud. He’s obnoxious. He makes all the women feel uncomfortable. He adds his drink to your tab when you’re not looking.
That’s Ken Paxton — and I don’t know about y’all, but I’m done picking up his tab.

Marco Rubio owns this along with Trump. Using our tax dollars to harbor that fugitive Bolsonaro, while at the same time saying we don’t have any money for AMERICAN health care. It’s absurd. No common sense!

Trump's affordability message: "You could even come to Mar-a-Lago. You'll be my guest. The problem is that for $5,000 the most you'll be able to buy is a hamburger and maybe a small dessert. I'm not even sure you could buy that! No, don't go there. It's not a good place if you're price conscious."

Trump will be in Daytona this Friday campaigning for Byron Donalds, his endorsed candidate for Governor.
Remember, they consider you poor and backwards if you can't afford a $5,000 hamburger and dessert at Mar-a-Lago, or if you don't want data centers.
His words. Byron's daddy.

BREAKING: A federal grand jury has REFUSED to indict Cassidy Hutchinson over her January 6 testimony!
To understand just how extraordinary this is:
In 2010, federal grand juries declined to indict in just 11 out of approximately 162,000 cases.
That’s roughly 1 rejection in every 14,700 cases, or just 0.0068%.
Federal grand juries almost NEVER refuse to indict.
And yet, a grand jury just rejected the case brought by Trump‘s DOJ against Cassidy Hutchinson.
This is all the evidence you need to show that Trump‘s DOJ is Weaponized.

Hey @Meta 👋 We are currently hosting a get-out-the-vote rally in Osceola County, home to a large Puerto Rican community, and our #LatinosConAngie @Instagram page was suddenly taken down while we were actively posting content from the event.
This page is a critical communication tool for reaching Latino voters and mobilizing our community. With just seven days until Election Day, every minute matters.
We are calling on Meta to immediately restore the page and provide an explanation for its removal. Voters deserve access to critical election information, especially in these final days. @andymstone

Exactly what we need in the absence of a functioning U.S. Department of Justice. An organization of ex-prosecutors and investigators who help can put cases together for current and future prosecutors who will restore accountability for corrupt federal officials and those who benefit from that corruption.
We are facing a crisis of impunity. That's why we built The Rule of Law Project — to investigate unlawful conduct by federal officials, and work with state and local prosecutors to hold them to account.
Watch former DOJ prosecutor Mark Blumberg and human rights leader Brad Adams launch this critical accountability initiative on MSNOW with Nicolle Wallace.

The Trump administration is considering lifting sanctions on Russia’s sovereign wealth fund, the Russian Direct Investment Fund, according to The New York Times. A U.S. official confirmed the administration is assessing the fund’s application for removal “through established procedures” as part of an effort to “improve U.S.-Russia relations and help end the war.” A final decision has not yet been made.
The Biden administration sanctioned the fund after Russia’s 2022 invasion, calling it a “slush fund” for Putin. People familiar told the Times that Russian officials pushed for relief in talks over the fund’s role in shipping Russian diesel to the U.S., after Trump suspended sanctions on Russian diesel October 9th. Treasury considers the fund already authorized to handle diesel and is running the normal removal process separately.
This would follow earlier actions taken by President Donald J. Trump with respect to Russian sanctions. On October 16th, President Trump signed an order waiving the duties and most of the sanctions provisions of the Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act. On October 21st, as envoy Steve Witkoff met with Putin, Russia released Stephen Hubbard, a 74 year old American held since 2022. President Trump wrote that the U.S. “was not required to give anything in return.” In remarks that day he said the U.S. “gave nothing in exchange.” In a Truth Social post just a few minutes later, he wrote that “if sanctions would have been placed, certainly those negotiations would have come to a complete and total halt."
