Pseudo scientific survey. I drove (frequent trip) from J13 M25 to Ipswich (via A12 - main route to F'stowe/Harwich) thought I'd count how many foreign plated lorries I saw. At the start I thought I would normally expect to see about 30. I saw 9. V. low number. Significant?
