All The Things She Said. I enjoy the hell out of this album, and All The Things She Said still gets the blood flowing.
Simple Minds released their seventh studio album, “Once Upon a Time” on this day in 1985. “Sanctify Yourself” is my favourite track here.
What are your thoughts on this album?

Getting Sunday started off right with Bobby and a pot of freshly brewed coffee. I pick up this CD along with another Bobby Watson album, and I’m really enjoying this so far. The lounge is open.

Now you’re talking about one of my top ten favorite albums of all-time. Brother Wolf, Sister Moon is probably my favorite, but I love the entire album.
The Cult released their second studio album, “Love” on this day in 1985. This is easily one of the best albums released that year. “Rain” and “She Sells Sanctuary” are my favourite tracks here.

I was late to the Dire Straits party. Money For Nothing pulled me in, then I started diving into their earlier albums. It is a very good album. Instead of going with the obvious tracks, I'll pick Espresso Love.
Dire Straits released their third studio album, “Making Movies” on this day in 1980. This Is the Dire Straits album I seem to play the most lately. It’s brilliant. My favourite tracks are “Romeo and Juliet” and “Tunnel of Love”.

And now a little more up-tempo. Both Marsalis brothers in support. Picked this up recently, album just needed a little cleaning. Sounds terrific.

First spin of Johnny’s latest, first spin of the day after some chores were done. Loving it so far. High quality, as we have come to expect from Mr. Marr.
