the majority is correct. undefined win conditions aside, this boils down to 3-4 competent north african armies without ability to sustain themselves domestically and they cannot outlast the largest industrial empires in the world, even if they are primitive versions
if you need proof, look at what happened to the libyan air force under gaddafi. he had assembled a huge arsenal of state-of-the-art planes from just about anybody who would sell, and it basically rotted away - they STILL lost to chad in the 80s, couldn't even put up resistance against NATO due to chronic lack of spare parts and institutional failure
