Finally. Passengers/customers/rail users, whatever we are called now just need accurate, timely information. Better communications when problems arise.

Bishop’s Stortford. Now on platform eight, however train has a problem. The issue is information. station staff complain they are told nothing.

Utter shambles. Told to go to Cambridge to catch trains south. Train pulls in and told cancelled .No one knows anything .
